Had an accessible room and bed height was close to 30 inches high. Should be about 20 inches. Was a struggle to get into bed.

Check in a bit slow but was helping some other lady figure out a side door that was locked. Room was large enough and clean. Bed comfortable. No coffee maker and fridge didn't seem to get very cold.
