Walk to Sun Valley Ski Area-River Run & Downtown - Fireplace, Hot Tub

The perfect location! Ski-in/ski-out to the Sun Valley Resort (River Run) and walk a short distance to the town center of Ketchum for dining, shopping, and nightlife.

This beautifully decorated condominium has 3 bedrooms. The main level has the master bedroom with queen bed, HD TV, and DVD player. There is a full bathroom with large shower.

Upstairs has 2 bedrooms and full bathroom with large shower. One bedroom has a queen bed and deck looking out to the ski area. The other bedroom has 2 twin beds, HD TV, and DVD player. You access the upstairs with a spiral staircase.

The living room has a gas fireplace, HD TV with DVD player, and deck. There is a bistro table on the main floor deck and Adirondack chairs on the upstairs deck -- both with views of Baldy.

The kitchen and bathrooms have been completely remodeled (there are no bath tubs).

The hot tub for the complex is just steps away. There is also a washer and dryer in the unit.

This is a second-story unit with open floor plan, vaulted ceilings, and lots of light with views of the ski mountain.

NOTES:
• This is a non-smoking condo.
• Sorry, no pets.
• This is a 2nd floor condo with no elevator, and two bedrooms are up a spiral staircase.
• There is no central air conditioning, but there is one window air conditioner upstairs, a number of fans, and it cools down at night.
• BBQ Grills of any kind are NOT allowed in the condo complex.

Robin was a very responsive and helpful host. Her condo was very clean, comfortable and well equipped. The kitchen had everything needed to cook meals and there were plenty of bath towels. Walking distance to town and a quick easy bus ride to the slopes. Clean hot tub and cozy gas fireplace. Highly recommend renting this condo for your Sun Valley visit.

Everything was good aside from the furnace not working properly. It came in during daytime intermittently but not at night/morning even though setting was at 67. That wasn't great given single digit temperatures outdoors. Plenty of all kinds of needed supplies made this place one of the better Bnbs I have visited if heat was functioning. Close proximity to river run parking lot and walkable to town. Thermostat had low battery indicator turned on, so I replaced the batteries but still woke up to 59 degrees inside on several mornings. Had to rely on fireplace but heat didn't reach the bedrooms.

Robin was a wonderful host. There was an issue during check in, and she quickly resolved it. The location was perfect. It was either a 10-minute walk to the base of River Run or a 1-minute ride on the free shuttle.

Our family of four had a great stay at this condo in Ketchum! The owner gave very clear and thorough instructions about parking and entering the condo. We appreciated how easy it was to find after a long day of travel from NC. The layout was great for our family with both kids (13 and 16) each being able to have their own bedrooms upstairs. We also loved the clear and easy to follow TV instructions as well as the fully stocked kitchen. The added small plug in heaters were helpful in the upstairs bedrooms at night and our family especially enjoyed the electric fireplace in the living room!It was an easy 2 min ride to drop off skiers at River Run or the bus stop was right in the parking lot. We also enjoyed parking the car and the condo and walking all around the town of Ketchum. Really great location to be away from the hustle a bit but only minutes away from grocery, skiing, etc. We would definitely stay here again!

Spring Break Ski outing

This was a great place to stay for our quick ski trip to Sun Valley. The condo is clean, very well stocked with everything from kitchen utensils to cards and board games. It’s in a great location and was an easy walk to the River Run Ski Lodge and into town. I would definitely stay here again.

Perfect Location

This condo is the perfect location for vacationing at Sun Valley. We were able to walk down to the lifts and stroll into Town for dining and nightlife. The condo is clean and has a well equipped kitchen although we choose to dine out most evenings. Description is accurate and the hot tub after a day of skiing was an added bonus. Check in was easy and the host has excellent communication. We'd definitely stay here again!

Exceptional Location!

You can walk to both Bald Mountain and downtown Ketchum, though the bus—conveniently stopping right in front of the condo—makes it even easier! We didn’t spend much time inside, but the beds were comfortable, and the kitchen was well-equipped. We would definitely stay here again!

Very comfortable for family group of 5 people. Nicely renovated, big kitchen which was well outfitted. Loved having the gas fireplace in the evenings. Shuttle bus to ski area right outside.

Great spot, as described in the listing and extremely well stocked with supplies. Hot tub was right outside and you couldn’t be any closer to the River Run resort for Baldy! Great restaurant recommendations in the guest book!

Very nice condo!
