Come enjoy all Ketchum and Sun Valley have to offer and spread out in this spacious private home. Located in a quiet neighborhood in west Ketchum, the house is situated on a corner lot, and is setup as your home away from home. Fully stocked kitchen with everything you need. 2,375 square feet, private hot tub, dog friendly with fenced yard, two car heated garage, office, and bonus room with pool table. 0.6 miles from the center of downtown Ketchum.

I'll be available as a resource prior to and throughout your stay. I want to offer as much privacy as possible. I'm happy to meet guests upon arrival but will also leave keys for a private arrival. It's all up to you and your preference.

I've lived in the valley for over 14 years and used to be the General Manager of a local hotel. I enjoy answering questions and providing suggestions to help you make the most of your time in the valley I love and call home.

Great Week in Ketchum/Sun Valley

We thoroughly enjoyed the house for the entire week of our stay. The house was well appointed: the bedrooms were just right, the showers were excellent, the family areas and back yard were ideal, and the kitchen was just as you’d wish for with all the appliances and necessities for a terrific stay.

Perfect Ketchum rental!

Our family of four and two dogs spent a month at the property in July. We found it to be clean and well-appointed. There were even some bonus things we didn’t expect like bicycles and camping chairs. The host was very responsive whenever we had questions. We loved the location of the home. It’s on a great residential street and is close to town, the bicycle path and Atkinson Park. We highly recommend it.

Fantastic Sun Valley trip

This is our second time at the property and is a perfect spot for a family trip with great access to town and skiing. The property manager goes above and beyond to make your stay enjoyable and we loved working with them. Looking forward to coming back again.

Christmas in Sun Valley!

We have a big family and needed a second house to rent this year and we were so lucky to get this one. The location is great to walk to town and just a mile to get to River Run to ski. There was plenty of room for the 7 of us. There was so much snow this year and the driveway and street were plowed every day. No shoveling required. Andrew was so easy to work with getting in the house and everything in the house was great. Thanks and we will come again.

A lovely home just outside the Ketchum core

We spent ~5 days at this property in mid-August and as a first for us - we brought our dogs on this trip. Everything was in great shape when we arrived and the house was a welcome home base for our time in Sun Valley. It comfortably housed our family of four and two large dogs with room to spare. This home is situated west of Ketchum core about a block and a half away from the Wood River Trail (a great walk for the dogs -- and kids). The immediate neighborhood is very quiet and friendly. We would definitely consider staying at this property in the future.

Great neighborhood vibe in Ketchum

Loved our time here. It’s a great family house tucked just a few blocks back from Main Street. Parks, YMCA, ski resort all within walking distance. Andrew was great. Highly recommend!

Wonderful summer stay in Ketchum

We had a fantastic time at Andrew's house in Ketchum. It was a perfect setup for my wife, infant daughter, two dogs, and myself. Very walkable to everything in town, to the River Run chairlifts, and the river, and we truly enjoyed exploring this amazing area for our 2 weeks. Andrew was extremely easy to communicate with, and our experience was overall very seamless and easy.

wonderful getaway

we loved staying here! it was the perfect place to stay for a family ski weekend. check in was easy and everything was clean. the location was perfect for skiing Baldy and the property manager was 100% responsive to questions I had. we loved the lay out for our 2 boys and the hot tub was a huge bonus after a day of skiing. highly recommend this property!

The Sting in Sun Valley!

We had a great stay at this wonderful property! The owner was very responsive in the booking process and again when we were onsite. The house was clean and cozy. Kitchen well stocked with dishware, cooking equipment and basics. Bedrooms are very comfortable and are upstairs. This made it easy for some of us to hang out downstairs without disturbing anyone sleeping. One of the best parts of the house is the pool table. We had an ongoing tournament during our stay! The house is within walking distance to town (10 minutes) and close to the River Run base. We parked a car in the garage. Would definitely recommend this property and possibly stay here again on our next trip.
