  • Nuestro condominio completamente remodelado de 1 dormitorio y 1 baño en la planta baja tiene la ubicación ideal en el centro con fácil acceso a pie a restaurantes, tiendas y vida nocturna. El condominio de 850 pies cuadrados y un nivel tiene aire acondicionado para la comodidad del verano, tiene pisos de baldosas con calefacción y una acogedora chimenea de gas que lo mantiene caliente durante el invierno y los meses más fríos. Hay un espacio de estacionamiento reservado para usted en el garaje subterráneo y una unidad de almacenamiento para sus esquís. Un ascensor te lleva hasta la unidad. Ingresará al condominio utilizando una caja de seguridad que facilita la llegada en cualquier momento. Al ingresar al condominio, encontrará una cocina abierta, comedor y sala de estar. Tenemos una barra de sonido LG TV y Sonos de 55 "lista para acomodar sus cuentas de Direct TV y Netflix o usar nuestro servicio de cable. También hay internet inalámbrico en todo el condominio. Hay una pequeña terraza fuera de la sala de estar con una parrilla de barbacoa y la mesa del comedor tiene capacidad para cuatro personas cómodamente. El dormitorio tiene una cama King size y baño privado con ducha a ras de suelo y lavamanos doble. Hay una lavadora y secadora de tamaño completo. Tenemos 2 bicicletas de crucero que puede usar siempre que regrese y las vuelva a bloquear. Los condominios Olympic Terrace son uno de los complejos de lujo más nuevos en el área de Ketchum. El condominio está a dos cuadras del transporte gratuito de la ciudad que proporciona transporte a la montaña para algunos de los mejores esquís de clase mundial y alrededor de toda el área de Ketchum y Sun Valley / Elkhorn Resort.

Best VRBO rental ever

This lovely little condo was perfect for my husband and me! It was nicely appointed, impeccably clean, well stocked with spices, oils, coffee filters etc in the kitchen, and an ideal location. We were extremely comfortable during our 5 day ski vacation, and we hope we’ll have the chance to return sometime.

Great place!

Great location, walking distance to restaurants and shops. Apartment had everything we needed. It is basically on the street level but we did not have noise. We would recommend staying here. The apartment is bigger than the pictures make it seem.

This place was wonderful in every way, and is located in such a convenient area. We could walk to numerous great restaurants and shops, and the property was spotless and very comfortable. It’s very obvious that the owners cared about our experience.

Fantastic!

This rental was perfect! It's a great place and a perfect location! We were there for an 8 day ski vacation, and we couldn't have found a better place. The place lived very large and it was great to have a separate bedroom, large bathroom, very nice kitchen, as well as a comfortable living room to relax when not on the slopes! All of the appliances were new and high-end, in fact, the whole place seemed new and had a luxurious feel. We didn't have a car and didn't need one. We walked to the market and restaurants. The free ski shuttle was so easy to walk to even carrying skis (2 blocks). One day we even walked to the slopes (I think less than 1/2 mile walk). It was the perfect place for us!

Wedding trip getaway

Everything was great clean location perfect for our needs. Only one negative is the street noise being so close to the street the bedroom windows sounds like the trash trucks are coming into the condo. So just knowing if you are a light sleeper or want to sleep in on your stay it’s not going to happen. Location couldn’t have been better for us we walked everywhere and having so many great choices of restaurants so nearby was a huge plus.

Beautiful Space in a Great Location!

My husband and I chose this condo during our elopement in the area. We were so pleased with the space. It was clean, bright and nicely updated. It had every amenity we could have wanted and was very conveniently located. We look forward to staying here when we return to Ketchum!

Beautiful Condo in the Heart of Ketchum

We really enjoyed our stay in the newly renovated unit. The unit is extremely clean and looks exactly as pictured. The bed was very comfortable which I think is very important. The location is perfect for walking to the many great restaurants and shops in Ketchum.

It was a lovely condominium with a very accommodating manager/owner. It was really clean and had everything we needed. Beautifully done and extremely comfortable. Everything was of the best quality. Great location in the heart of Ketchum.

Great spot for a weekend visit

The location was perfect - close to shops, restaurants and the bike path - and easy access in and out of town. The unit was lovely inside and well-stocked with cookware, wine glasses, toiletries, etc. I would definitely stay here again and would recommend for a couple or solo travelver.

ketchum ski rental

Easy check in with key lock box. very clean,new construction. comfortable king bed. elevator from underground parking a plus. only problems are poor view (across street to buildings) and inadequate hot water heater, however very good shower. great location - walk to restaurants, short drive to ski hill
