This cozy condo features a furnished deck, and a comfortable living area with a warming gas fireplace for those chilly winter nights. This rental is a short ride or walk from downtown Ketchum and the ski lifts. There's no need to rent a car with the central location of this property.

WHAT’S NEARBY
Just across Warm Springs Road is the local YMCA, and on the corner of Saddle and Warm Springs is a bus stop and transfer hub for the valley. River Run and Warm Springs are both within a couple of miles for the skier, snowboarder, or hiker. Ketchum is within walking distance and has plenty of entertainment, shopping, and dining choices. Sun Valley also offers many options for dining, shopping, and entertainment. The Sun Valley Pavilion has music. There is the Sun Valley Ice Rink and the Sun Valley Stables for additional fun.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). Very nioce Condo in Sun Valley. Quiet and very comforatable. Just a. few minute drive to either ski lodge. Plenty of towels and supplies. Very nice stay. Could easily handle a family of six with beds and two baths.

For the price it is good. Place is as advertised. Nothing fancy. decent place to stay, but not "nice". It has electrical switches but they seem oddly placed... Has most of the utensils and spices that are customary... but not all... pretty basic and adequate. not great and not bad either. If you are just looking for a small place with beds and a kitchen and bathroom, this will do. if you are looking for a nicer place then maybe not this one.

The beds were comfortable. Furniture was pretty worn. Not a Kleenex or a paper towel in the place, but lots of bath towels. The primary bedroom needs an outlet by the bed, maybe a plug in a lamp? The kids liked the bunk bed arrangement. Good water pressure!

Excellent location, great house

We loved staying here. It was close to town, the bus line, Warm Springs, Grumpy's and so many other places. The rooms were small but comfortable and there is plenty of common area space.

just a couple things

A hairdryer or two would be really nice. The light bulbs In the downstairs bathroom (2 of 3) were burned out. Instructions for the fireplace would e appreciated - I turned the fan and the switch on the FP off, but it was still on when we had to leave. Otherwise, it was great, thank you!

Clean and as shown condo. We walked to dinner in town and rode the nearby bus to the ski resort. Would recommend.

It was COLD!

Overall, the place was nice and clean. Great location. However, we were not told that there was NO heat downstairs that the downstairs heat was turned off and the main source of heat being the heated fire place was broken and they were waiting on parts. It was frigid. We had to wear coats and gloves downstairs while using our computers for work. The people we called just brushed us of and said there was « ample heat » for the unit. We only had heat for upstairs. When we walked downstairs the from the heated part the cold just slapped you in the face. It was 30 degrees down there.

Great place for college reunion!

We had a great time staying here for a college reunion! It was enough space for 6 of us and very clean. Great location with everything in town within walking distance. Highly recommend for anyone looking for more space than a hotel!

Basic and comfortable, served our purpose well

We were in town for our dog to have a surgery. This place was great because we could walk everywhere and enjoyed spending time downtown. It is a no frills kind of place, and was minimally stocked, but it was all we needed for our trip. Beds were comfortable.

Very limited supplies was providefor a month long stay. And no follow up until last few days.of stay

Good location but NO entry way rugs which could have provide overall warmth and cleanliness. We the guest brought our own entry rugs. Carpet & living room rug need deep clean and condo needed cleaning under furniture. Kitchen walls needed cleaning (food splattered) & more dish soap, paper rowels, garbage bags, dish washing detergent sponges etc to be provided for a month long stay. Guest had to buy more. Hooks on the wall would nice. Closet door handle, burned out light bulbs on 3 light fixtures, & toilet paper holder needed repaired. We the guests did repairs. New decorative pillows on the couch need replacing--the old ones need to be thrown out. A little more TLC and it would improve the overall ambiance of the condo. Management company reached out to guest at END of our stay....guest should of been contacted by Vacassa within one week into our stay to see if everything was OK & if any more supplies was needed or repairs needed. Otherwise cute place.

Home Away from Home... and Then Some!

Central location... easy to walk to town and trails. The property was quiet and safe (no problem walking our schipperke any time of night or day). There were no aspects of comfort or utility that were missing. We experienced excellent communication with our host. Travel routes to and from the condo were easy to understand and use (wonderful parking too)..
