Upscale Oasis in the Heart of Ketchum with Private Back Yard, Jacuzzi and Sauna

This chic family-friendly home is in the center of downtown Ketchum just steps away from Atkinsons’ Market, Ketchum library, weekly farmers market, coffee shops, restaurants, bars, boutiques and art galleries. Combining upscale appointments and comfort whilst retaining its unique Sun Valley heritage, this 5-bedroom house sports updated furnishings and a well-appointed kitchen.

What makes this property unique is the location, right in the heart of downtown Ketchum. Featuring an outdoor deck with BBQ, a seven-person spa, sauna, the yard is just the perfect place to enjoy long summer evenings.

There is an adjoining in-law suite with separate entrance featuring a king size bed, en-suite bath, fully stocked kitchenette with mini-frig, cooktop, and convection microwave oven. Its rustic style living room hosts a Bluetooth soundbar speaker with additional entrance to the outdoor deck.

The upstairs primary bedroom features a king size bed, HD Smart TV and en-suite bath including a jetted bathtub perfect for bubble baths.

Three additional upstairs bedrooms, each with queen beds and one with queen sized bunk beds share a third bathroom.

There is a covered carport for up to 2 cars. This property has a ring doorbell camera.

Please be advised that this home does not have air conditioning.

Per City of Ketchum Ordinance, loud music, outdoor activities or any other source of noise that can be heard beyond the perimeter of this home shall not be generated during the hours of 10 PM to 8 AM.

Lovely comfortable home - Great location!

This home was a wonderful place to stay for our 4-day Thanksgiving vacation. Centrally located, fully stocked, clean and all the extra features you'd ever need. I will surely recommend it to family & friends.

Ketchum Gem

6 friends go to Sun Valley for some MTB. Have a blast biking. Come back each night to relax in the hot tub. Enjoy the great amenities. Relax and get great rest in comfortable beds. This place was perfect. Also great proximity to bike shop, grocery store, some great restaurants.

Fishing Vacation

Everything was seamless and the property was perfect for our needs. Location was excellent being in walking distance of all the bars, shops and restaurants. Dialogue with the property manager via email prior to our visit was professional and in good time. All necessary information was provided in advance. During our visit we had no contact with the manager, but it wasn’t really required. The plumbing in the en suite Master bed needs attention - water doesn’t soak away in the basin and the bath! Overall it was an excellent experience.

Great Place

The house was perfect for us. The location was accessible to everything and there was so much space to spread out and enjoy the property. We were really impressed with the appointments. If you like to cook this property is loaded with cutlery, pots, pans. We loved how close it was to the supermarket and the bus to the mountain. A great spot!

Ketchum Summer 2022

This is one of the most well-appointed homes we have had the pleasure of renting. Kitchen, bedrooms and bathrooms have everything our family needed. The location cannot be best for exploring Ketchum and surrounding area. Groceries, restaurants and shopping just minutes away. Property Manager responded quickly to questionS.

Fabulous in town location

Super location. Beautiful fenced in backyard right in town. Most fully stocked kitchen I’ve ever rented. Owners have thought of everything. Be sure to find backyard games in shed. Hot tub great. Dining room table is a showpiece. Beds super comfortable. Loved, loved, loved this place.

Couple Issues- but didn't influence our stay

Fantastic property in prime location. We did have 2 house issues, which the management company/owner were going to work on once we left. That being said, it didn't affect our stay that much and would probably stay again.

Thanksgiving fun

2 families (4 adults and 5 kids) had such a blast. It started snowing the night we arrived and didn't stop. House was stocked with everything for a Thanksgiving feast and the fondu dinner two nights later. Only thing missing were pie dishes (got some aluminum ones from the store) and a rolling pin. Aside from that the place was STOCKED! Great layout with 2 King beds, so both sets of parents got a king. Fireplace was stocked with dry wood and the hot tub was perfect for ski weary legs. We'll be back

This house is amazing !!

We’ve rented 3 other really nice homes in Sun Valley, and this is now our favorite. Whoever remodeled it, did an excellent job. They also did a great job on the interiors. Modern, yet Homey. It is in a perfect location. Close to restaurants and Atkinson’s. My wife and I were astonished how well stocked the house was. The house had everything you could want or need. It feels like someone's home and they are just gone for a week and we were renting it out. Most homes are stocked like rentals…..just the bare essentials. Definitely a place one would want to stay at over and over again !!
