Humble Digs—Location, bikes, fire pit, foosball

West Water is an updated original home of Kerrville. It has two comfortable bedrooms, one king and one queen, equipped with plush organic bedding, memory foam mattresses, cotton robes for guests, luggage racks, iPhone chargers, and room darkening curtains. The bathroom has a tub/shower combo and is stocked with toiletries and plenty of towels for guests.

The living room boasts cozy seating with a smart TV ready for logging into your favorite platform (RokuTV in place for use). This space is attached to the open concept dining area with seating for 6 and a honor bar to make your favorite beverage.

Kitchen comes fully equipped for those who like to cook on their getaways. No need to bring or buy certain kitchen items including: spices, oil, flour, sugar, foil, ziplocks, Tupperware, etc. Keurig and French press available for coffee lovers and small bistro table in kitchen as well.

Beyond the kitchen is the gameroom/hangout space with another smart TV, fooseball table, ring toss game, board games, and a daybed trundle (two twins or when put together, one king). Laundry nook also in game room area with washer/dryer and necessary detergents are provided.

Backyard has seating for an evening hang or outside dinner. Fire-pit area and gas bbq grill also available. Local artist mural in back patio space, great for taking pictures and making memories. This home is a great spot to stay as a couples getaway, small family vacation, dropping off kids at camp, or visiting the local attractions of the Texas Hill Country!

Cozy & Thoughtful!

This property was incredibly comfortable. It was equipped with everything you might possibly need. Celeste and Chris put their heart and soul into this lovely home, and were so helpful with recommendations in the area. We can’t wait to stay again!

Amazing Experience

We had an absolutely incredible stay at this property! We spent the day in Fredericksburg and then came down to Kerrville for the evening. The house is DARLING. Super clean, cute decorations and all of your essentials are already there. The hosts were super responsive and made sure we had an excellent trip. We will definitely be coming back!!

Perfect Stay!

We stayed here while attending a wedding and the house could not have been more perfect. Our host spent great attention to detail in making us feel comfortable. We'll definitely be booking here again if we need to stay in the area.

Could not have asked for a better stay!

This home was perfect! It had everything we needed and more! Love the little extras (extra towels, spices in the pantry, storage bowls in kitchen, honor bar, comfy robes, yoga mats, throws in living room). The games in the back room were a huge hit! It was too hot during our stay to enjoy the outdoor space much, but it is so cute and inviting!! Would love to return in cooler temps. The home was spacious, cool, comfy and perfect for our Kerrville trip!

Perfect for a girl’s trip!

The house was quaint. Great location for sightseeing in Kerrville and for visiting wineries in Fredericksburg. Hosts thought of every detail to make our stay pleasant.

Perfect place in the heart of Kerrville!

Had a small group of friends who needed a place to stay for a wedding nearby and the house was perfect. The host was in open communication with us, very responsive, and so welcoming! Highly recommend.

Family fun getaway!

We had such a wonderful time at this family friendly home! Celeste was very quick to respond to any questions I had leading up to the trip and even gave us information on places to go for hiking, kayaking, and dining out! She and her husband have created the perfect place to hang out with family, roasting marshmallows in the backyard, playing games, riding bikes, and taking pictures in front of the beautiful mural! We cooked dinner two of our three nights and had everything we needed. The home was immaculately clean, had very comfortable beds, and the attention to detail was fantastic. Another plus was getting to show our 11 year old son and 14 year old niece how a record player works and sounds! They loved it! Thank you for being such amazing hosts!

Great place to stay

Booking this property was easy and the owners responded to all my questions quickly. The house was stocked with all the amenities including a record players to listen to the Beatles and Fleetwood Mac. I would recommend it to anyone.

Amazing Stay

We have had the opportunity to stay in several VRBOs. This was quite possibly the best one we’ve ever stayed in. The normal things we awesome like beds and things of that nature but this house literally had everything. It has an honor bar(so cool), everything we thought we might need they had it!! Celeste was amazing with all the help she gave from recommendations, helping with Wi-Fi, and accommodating early check in due to bad weather. It’s a 5 star experience from every aspect!!!

The house was very clean and comfortable. Everything you could possibly want, from dishes to lots of towels. Great location. The decor was super cute. I loved staying in this house. Lots of room for your family to spread out including a big yard to play in. So much better than staying in a cramped hotel room.
