"This place was great. 3 bedrooms, 1 bath and 1 big living room and plenty of space to hang out. It was more than we thought we would get in Manhattan at this price.The only thing to be ready for is you are on 4 stories up with no elevator. We made it work.It's right above a pub but you didn't hear it in the room. We would stay here again."

"This property was in a fabulous location. Apartment was very clean and the host was responsive. The beds were comfortable and the air conditioners in the rooms were very appreciated. We would have loved an extra hand towel or dish towel for the kitchen. Unfortunately, we ended up with a plumbing problem on our last day so we were unable to use the bathroom sink or shower which put a slight damper on an otherwise wonderful experience. "

"The unit was amazing. It was just as pictured! 4 separate bedrooms - 3 with queens and one with 2 queens. There are three total full baths, one of which is an ensuite. It was a Very quick walk to the train station. The unit was spacious and clean. The area is quiet with a few bodegas and late night pizza nearby. Communication with the host was really easy and the checkin/checkout was flexible as our flights changed. We plan on staying again during our next visit to NYC. "

"Great location!! Very nice area. Host was very responsive and helpful when needed. Apartment was well stocked - however, 1 bedroom was missing A/C remote. We just used 1 from another room. Some of the towels were new and left black lint all over us, but there were other towels to use. 3rd bathroom is a half bath and I missed that in the description. Also arrived to a wide open window in a bedroom but we figured out how to close it. Overall, we had a lovely stay! "

"Overall, our stay was wonderful!! The location of this apt is in a perfect spot in SOHO, with food/drinks/bodegas/etc. (even a grocery store right across the street & ice cream shop right beside) all within 1-2 blocks. Subway is a 5min walk which was also very convenient. It’s not too loud in the area, & the apt is clean & exactly as described. One note-AC was not working well as mentioned in other reviews, I think it’d be difficult to stay during the thick of a hot/cold season. My reasoning for...

"We stayed here as a family of four and had a comfortable time. The location is excellent—very close to the subway, with a convenience store right downstairs. We were able to walk to Times Square, the Flatiron Building, and the Empire State Building without any problems.
