"Nyumba Sara was a wonderful place to enjoy our holiday. A beautiful, elegant home with a lovely terrace to capture the seabreeze, relaxing view of the ocean from the upstairs bedrooms, and a one minute walk to the beach. The house staff took care of us like family and the chef's cooking was five stars- we ate like kings with fresh seafood deliciously prepared every day. It was hard to leave :)"

"Our stay at Katarina's house was lovely. Katarina is very good at communicating details and the house manager Hamadi was also very helpful. The house is beautifully designed and extremely unique, although it is in need of some updating such as resurfacing the pool and mending concrete cracking. We had some issues with the electricity going out but that is common in Kenya and the house manager was quick to address the issues. We hired the cook George for the week and he was great. "Good Location, quiet and Ideal for Families"

"Los empleados son muy amables (incluye chef que cocina muy bien y limpieza) y la casa es amplia. No está casi decorada lo que no resulta frio, sino espacioso. La piscina es pequeña pero agradable. Está a 3 minutos de una playa larga con palmeras, arena blanca y color turquesa (aunque tiene rocas y algas y no es fácil bañarse). "The house is very nice, old and stylish and so is the garden with plants and trees that are characteristic of the Kenya coast. I know that the owner wants to build a pool this spring, which would make the house perfect during the hot and humid days of the hotter season. More electric fans in the house would help to sleep when there is a little breeze in that area.
