We had prepaid for three adults, but unfortunately one of our friends couldn’t join us due to health issues. While we didn’t expect a refund, we hoped the hotel would offer a small gesture such as a room upgrade. However, the request was denied with the explanation that the property was 98% full — something that didn’t seem true, as the hotel appeared to be only about half occupied during our stay.
We had stayed here a few years ago and were disappointed to see that the quality of the food has noticeably declined since then. On top of that, we were unable to get a reservation at any of the à la carte restaurants, as we were told our stay was too short — another frustrating experience.
Sadly, the lack of flexibility and poor customer service made it clear that guest satisfaction and loyalty are not a priority here. We left feeling disappointed and unlikely to return.
