"The communication with the staff was hard, their English levels were cca. A2 levels, lower than what the hospitality industry would require. Despite that, they really tried to help with everything, we didn't have any major problems. The room was very spacious, everything was clean. The window was tiny, but we spent just one night here, it was not a dealbreaker. The breakfast was good, we tried some Japanese specialities."

"The room was pretty small that we barely had a space to open carry on suitcase. There is a public bath to offset the tiny combined bathroom. It was convenient close to station. Room was clean and staffs were nice. I guess it is average Japanese hotel in size wise, meaning small. Overall stay was pleasant."

"The hotel location was ok, it is a bit far from the train station, however close to the tram.
It’s a nice quiet place. Unfortunately we underestimated the size of the room, so we had a small room, we would highly recommend booking larger rooms at this property.
The breakfast is traditional, apart from cereal, eggs Benedict and pastries, there isn’t many options for foreigners. It would be great if they had some plain bread, something that isn’t so sweet. It would also have been great to get...
