Villa Highlights

'Europe Villas Collection' is comprised of 3 detached villas (Villa
Europe Ena, Villa Europe Thia and Europe Villa Io) situated within
private grounds. Guests have exclusive access to 3 private swimming
pools, making it an ideal retreat for large groups who wish to stay
together. With a total capacity to accommodate up to 16 guests, these
detached villas offer the perfect blend of privacy and shared spaces
for a memorable vacation.

Living Room
Every villa in the Collection is fitted with an air-conditioned lounge,
complete with a dining area, comfortable sofas, Satellite TV and Free
Wi-Fi.
Patio doors lead out to the pool terrace, offering guests the
opportunity to relax and soak up the sun's rays in comfort and style.

Kitchen
Each villa is furnished with a fully equipped kitchen, featuring a
toaster, coffee maker, washing machine, microwave, refrigerator,
stove/hob and oven.
Furthermore, each villa boasts an outdoor barbecue, providing the
perfect setting for al fresco dining.

Bedrooms
Europe Villas Collection has 7 air-conditioned Bedrooms:
Bedroom 1 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 2 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 3 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 4 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 5 is air-conditioned with 2 single beds.
Bedroom 6 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Bedroom 7 is air-conditioned with a double bed.
Additional bed available: 2 Single Sofa Beds.

Bathrooms
Europe Villas Collection has 4 Bathrooms:
Bathroom 1 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Bathroom 2 (Family
Bathroom) has shower and W/C. Bathroom 3 (Family Bathroom) has shower
and W/C. Bathroom 4 (Family Bathroom) has shower and W/C.

Swimming Pool
All the Villas in this Collection have their own Private Pool:
Villa Europe Ena has a Private Pool, Width : 3.0m Length : 9.0m | Depth
Deep End : 2.0m, Depth Shallow End : 1.0m.
Villa Europe Thia has a Private Pool, Width : 4.0m Length : 8.0m |
Depth Deep End : 2.0m, Depth Shallow End : 1.0m.
Europe Villa Io has a Private Pool, Width : 3.0m Length : 9.0m | Depth
Deep End : 2.0m, Depth Shallow End : 1.0m.

SECURITY DEPOSIT
If your party consists of a group where the average age is under 25
years of age, a refundable security deposit of 150 EU, per person, is
required, payable with the accommodation balance or six weeks before
arrival. Upon departure, the villa must be left clean and tidy and upon
inspection, the security deposit will be refunded minus any breakages
or additional cleaning required.
