The house is part of a small complex of four villas. While having the security of three other neighbouring houses, it is situated in an isolated location ideal for those looking for a tranquil and peaceful environment.

Villa Stoneflower is a traditionally decorated villa with very modern facilities, located on a cliff side 30 meters above the sea. Spectacular panoramic views and unforgettable breath taking sunsets compose the ideal setting for a serene Mediterranean experience.

The villa is build in two levels, the ground floor has a large living room with a fireplace, a dining area, a fully equipped kitchen, a bathroom (with shower) and a second living room-open bedroom (two single built-in brick beds with real matresses, isolated from the rest of the space with curtains).

The first floor has one en-suite bedroom (one built-in brick double bed) with fireplace, a double room (two single built-in brick beds) and a bathroom (with shower). In this floor there is also a little storage room where you can find the laundry machine, a large freezer, hoover etc. Windows and screens from both bedrooms lead to a private sheltered veranda giving wonderful views over the seafront.

Surrounding the villa, there is a large terrace with BBQ, private swimming pool, various shaded seating and dining areas as well as ample space for sunbathing and relaxing.

In front of the house, only a couple of steps down the cliff, there are little spots on the coast and beaches for those who enjoy swimming in privacy, snorkelling or diving.

Villa Stoneflower is located between the Pisses and Koundouros settlements. Both Koundouros and Pisses bay are within 5 min drive. There you can find water sports activities, cafeterias, beach bars, restaurants and convenience stores.

Around the area, there are hills and paths for guests who enjoy long walks in nature and hikers that would like to explore new challenges.
