Guests have full and private access to the entire apartment during their stay. Once your booking is confirmed, we will send a detailed digital guidebook. It includes everything you need to know, from how to enter using the lockbox to tips on using the amenities. The guide is designed to make your stay easy and comfortable.

Our apartment is part of the Gudauri Roshka complex, which enjoys a prime location with everything you need just steps away. Ski rentals are located nearby, making it easy to gear up for your mountain adventures. Guests can access the ski slopes quickly and conveniently, perfect for maximizing time on the snow. For dining, the popular Pasanauri restaurant is close by, along with other great options for local and international cuisine. Whether you’re here for skiing, dining, or simply relaxing, the apartments offer an ideal base in Gudauri.



Getting Around:

Getting around in Gudauri is quite simple. Since there is no public transport available, we recommend hiring a local taxi for convenience. We also offer airport transfers if needed. Once here, most places can be easily reached on foot. If you require any assistance or arrangements, please send us a message through the inbox.



Other Things to Note:

• Smoking is strictly forbidden inside the apartment. A FINE WILL BE charged for any violation.

• Please dispose of all trash before check-out to keep the space clean for future guests.

• A starter set of toiletries is provided. For additional items, shops are located nearby.

• Report any damages immediately. Repair or replacement costs may be charged as necessary.
