The main bedroom boasts beautiful harbour views with a ranch slider leading straight on to the deck. Sleep comfortably in the queen size bed and relax with your morning drink looking out to the ocean.
The second bedroom has a bunk bed, consisting of a queen-sized bed on the bottom and a single on the top, great for the kids or another couple.
The deck is expansive and has an outdoor table and BBQ perfect for summer and autumn evening dinners.
On cooler nights, enjoy snuggling in on the couch and turning on the heat pump, switching on the smart tv for your viewing pleasure.
The kitchen has all the mod cons you need including an induction cooktop, oven, full sized fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
The bathroom contains the shower and toilet as well as the washing machine, everything you need for your stay.
The beach front is a short 5-minute walk, where you can enjoy the playground, surfcasting and safe swimming. The boat launch is a short drive to the mussel farm. Kawhia is a 15-minute drive where you will find a dairy, fish and chips and a pub. Oparau Store is a 20-minute drive away which supplies fuel, basic food and household items as well as takeaways.
At low tide enjoy the hot pools on Kawhia ocean beach, easily accessible from Kawhia or by 4WD from Aotea.
