"This was the perfect hotel close to the airport. The rooms are a little dated yet very clean and comfortable. We truly enjoyed our stay here and would stay again. Hotel restaurants were good and hotel staff were courteous, kind and helpful. Easy shuttle to and from airport or train station. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Mystays is conveniently located near the airport and provides shuttle buses to and from their hotel, to both the airport, Narita station and Aeon mall. It runs frequently. The room was well equipped with 2 bottles of water, pajamas, extra toiletries such as a bathing cloth, toothbrush, facial products to follow a face care regimen etc. Breakfast had a lot of variety and costs 2640 JYN per person. "Everything!! Loved the 7-11 and the lovely rooms and beautiful bathroom. I wish you did not charge for the pool. The shop we went in was fabulous but the others weren’t open before we left. Food was incredible. I’m coming back!!"

"部屋はリフォームしたようでとても綺麗でした。ただトイレはなぜか座るとグラグラしてビックリしました。壊れないのか心配です。 ハンガーが2つしかないので不便なのと、バスタオル干す場所は簡易的なものでもあると便利だと思いました。 価格もリーズナブルで全体的には大変満足でリピートしたいですね。"

"We stayed just one night at this hotel. The area is lovely due to the bamboo forest. The hotel also has a shuttle bus to and from the Narita airport and also to the mall. The hotel it self was very deceiving as the lobby is done up very nicely but one you enter the elevators that is where it ends. Some of the elevators have zip ties holding the rails inside. When you reach the floors there is this awful odor that you are met with. When getting to the room it is just worst. We went to the front...

"I loved the highly salted hot spring bath, for 700 yen you could use the facility for 12 hours. I didn’t like the Chinese Japanese Restaurant on the first floor, I had a bowl of sesame flavored ramen, it was super salty, I wasted 1800 yen, another item I had was the 3500 yen sushi platter, it was not memorable , I would not go there again."

"Staff very friendly and helpful. Spoke English and was able to direct us to take a bus to nearby Aeon mall. Loved the free amenities and they give you a little bag to collect what you need. Shuttle to airport had more times than previous trip. We will always choose the Richmond for future layover trips!"

"This hotel is situated near the station so it is convenient to stay here; however don’t go here walking during the night it’s gets a bit scary walking . Also our shower was not maintaining a heat function so it was so uncomfortable . The staff was helpful trying to fix it but it didn’t work."
