Pleasant new hotel with some challenges. Only one person spoke english, and this young man only gave service when hard pressed. Staff need training. With that, the hotel has potential to become fivestar.

The hotel is right in the centre but not that easy to find, first time, but you can walk to most main attractions. Breakfast is in a bar about 3 mins walk away but this could be improved.
