Mobility Statement - This villa is in an exceptionally hilly/mountainous area with undeveloped roads. To access the villa there is a 87cm wide path as well as 30 steps down. The front door has a width of 87cm. The door to the terrace is 108cm wide, the terrace area is flat and paved though it does contain a stepping stone feature. There are steps into the pool. The lounge/kitchen/dining area is open plan. There is 1 bedroom located on the ground floor, the bedroom door is 76cm wide, and the ensuite door is 62cm wide, this ensuite contains a shower.
