The semi-detached house Claire in Karlshagen is a beautiful holiday home for max. 4 people and a baby and lies between the harbor and the Baltic Sea beach. The holiday home has a small, fully fenced garden with a large terrace. Ideal for dog owners. The Peenewiesen are within walking distance. This is an ideal walking and play space for your favorite four-legged friend. On the ground floor there is the living room with an open kitchen and the dining area, as well as a guest toilet with shower. The terrace facing the sunny side can be accessed from the living room. The bedrooms and the bathroom with bathtub are on the upper floor. The interior of the semi-detached house is high quality, modern and very tasteful. Furthermore, all rooms have windows, so that it is bright and friendly in the house. It is a semi-detached house. You will feel comfortable in this house, so that your stay from the first day is pure relaxation. The house is not suitable for groups of guests under 25 years. Karlshagen

Die Fenster/Terrassentüren müssen dringend korrekt eingestellt werden. Matratzenbezüge müssen viel öfter gereinigt werden. Haus hat keine Rauchmelder in den Schlafräumen. Es gab einen zweiten Schlüssel nur auf Nachfrage und gegen Kaution. Es gibt keine Fliegengitter vor den Fenstern, daher viele Mückenstiche eingefangen. Der Wasserhahn in der Küche tropft häufig nach.

Am liebsten selbst besitzen.

Hervorragendes sehr hübsches und nett eingerichtetes Ferienhaus. Bad, Küche, Dusche und Flur Geschmackvoll und sinnvoll gestaltet. Schlaf und Wohnraüme konfortabel. Lediglich eine Uhr und ein kleines Radio fehlten. Radio über den Fernseher finden wir nicht schön. Auch das, bei der Buchung für nächsten Sommer, avisierte W-lan ( lange vor dieser, die spontan und zum kennenlernen war, weshalb wir die Ausstattung nicht mehr expliziet studierten) fehlte etwas überraschend. Kabel hing noch abgeklemmt im Flur.
