"The room was noisy. The desk staff was great but the cleaning people were rude and noisy. I have few chances to rest in my regular life and the cleaning crew made so much noise in the hallway I was unable to sleep in. The rooms themselves are badly insulated, more authenitically old than 4-5 star quality that is claimed."

"Easy check in as prepaid room. We were staying a few nights, we dragged up our bags and unpacked everything, loaded up the fridge etc. it was a little stuffy so turned on the air conditioning in the bedroom but there was no power on the unit, no lights coming on, same thing with the one in the living room. I went to the front desk to complain and they sent me back to my room with someone from the front desk, he just confirmed they were not working, we unfortunately had to pack up and move...
