There is a very nice restaurant in walking distance, Betsey Jane, the best in Fox Glacier, recommended. However it needs attention, the carpet under the dining table is badly torn. This is a wonderful house with lots of space and a great location in Franz Joseph. It had a well equipped kitchen, lots of space in the living room, and three bedrooms. There is only one bathroom, but the other spaces make up for that. We really enjoyed our stay there.
