Bay Watch. The name says it all. Because with this holiday apartment, you have the beach at your fingertips. There is a small bathing area right in front of the house and the white sandy beach of the Baltic Sea resort with its bathing bay is also within easy walking distance.



Situated on a narrow headland between the Schlei Baltic Sea fjord and the sailing and sports boat harbour at OstseeResort Olpenitz, this holiday apartment boasts an individual, colourful interior style with retro elements à la Bay Watch. The view of the sailing and sports boat harbour, the harbour entrance and the Baltic Sea is breathtaking. The all-day sun on the south-facing terrace adds to the unforgettable holiday experience.



The private wellness area invites you to relax: an infrared heat cabin with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy as well as a large relaxing whirlpool bathtub with a view of the water are available for unwinding after a walk on the beach.



The living/dining area of the holiday home is flooded with light with floor-to-ceiling panoramic window fronts to the adjoining terraces on both sides. The terrace adjoining the dining area offers fantastic views over the sailing and sports boat harbour of OstseeResort Olpenitz and the Baltic Sea. Whether it's a romantic candlelight dinner or a convivial barbecue, harbour cinema is guaranteed. On holiday there is time for creative cooking, the fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.



The living room is cosy, with a comfortable seating area that invites you to spend an evening by the fireplace on rainy days. Indoor entertainment is also provided by the Smart TV as well as board games and books.



Early risers can enjoy the unique morning atmosphere on the Schlei terrace adjoining the living area - a true natural spectacle on the Schlei when ducks, geese and swans wake up.



The holiday apartment's relaxation area is located on the second level. The master bedroom has a double bed with a fantastic harbour view. Fall asleep under the stars, a skylight not only allows a view of the starry sky, but also of the dreamlike cloud formations that are so characteristic of the north. The second bedroom offers space for 3 people to sleep and dream. There is a single and a double bed (140 x 200 cm) with a view of the Schlei. Both bedrooms have flat screen TVs and can be completely darkened.



A further shower room on the first floor provides additional comfort.



This holiday accommodation is a maisonette flat on the first and second floors. A private car parking space and a private bicycle shed are located directly in front of the house.



Our favourite place: Bay Watch Feeling. Relaxing on the terrace in your swimming costume after a swim and keeping an eye on the bay.



Please note that the OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. Nevertheless, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction activities at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are excluded.
