Anyone who wants to look out over the Schlei and the Baltic Sea will feel at home in this holiday apartment. Situated on a narrow headland, the modern penthouse is enthroned above the Baltic Sea resort of Olpenitz and the sea on the fourth level with direct lift access. With a breathtaking view of the water and a 134 m² roof terrace, this holiday apartment impresses with its spaciousness and high-quality furnishings including a sauna, whirlpool bath and fireplace.



The interior of the penthouse extends over 136 m², which is suitable for up to six people and can be easily reached by lift. The holiday apartment is on one level. The huge roof terrace wraps around the entire apartment, offering an unobstructed view of the Baltic Sea and Schlei on one side and a view over the marina of the Baltic Sea resort on the other. There is direct access to the terrace from every room. Whether morning, midday or evening sun, the 360-degree terrace catches every ray of sunshine.



The unique Baltic Sea view can be enjoyed from the open-plan living/dining area in front of floor-to-ceiling windows. A panoramic glass fireplace (gas) invites you to linger. And the fully equipped kitchen leaves nothing to be desired.



The bathroom with wellness factor also faces the Baltic Sea. The corner bathtub offers a view of the endless expanse of the sea and passing sailing ships. The Baltic Sea and the Schleimünde lighthouse can be admired from the Finnish sauna, while the large floor-level shower and double washbasin provide that holiday feeling.



Three bedrooms with water views, one facing the Baltic Sea and two facing the harbour, make your holiday by the sea perfect.



A further shower room provides additional comfort.



The washing machine and tumble dryer are located in the basement and can be used by all units.



There is a car parking space directly in front of the house.
