Beautiful apartment in Olpenitz

Situated on a narrow headland between the Baltic Sea fjord Schlei and the sailing and sports boat harbour of the OstseeResort Olpenitz, this single-storey holiday property impresses with a fantastic view of the water and all-day sun on the south-facing terrace. The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger.



Wellness lovers will get their money's worth. The infrared sauna (heat cabin) with hi-fi sound system and LED colour light therapy invites you to relax after a walk on the beach.



Fantastic views open up from the living area and the adjoining terrace overlooking the marina. The harbour cinema provides entertainment for a sociable barbecue evening or romantic candlelight dinner.



On holiday there is time for creative cooking. The fully equipped eat-in kitchen leaves nothing to be desired. Enjoy your breakfast right by the water for a pure holiday feeling.



WLAN and Smart also provide entertainment indoors.



The two bedrooms each have access to their own small terrace and are furnished with a double bed. Two additional beds are available on the cosy sofa bed in the living room.



Underfloor heating and a sauna promise comfort all year round.



The green area around the house invites you to sunbathe, play and linger by the sea.



This property is suitable for wheelchair users with extra-wide doors and a floor-level, spacious shower.



There is a private car parking space and a private bicycle shed in front of the house.



The holiday property is a ground floor apartment.



Our favourite spot: After a long walk on the beach, enjoy a wellness session and then simply relax with a drink on the terrace and watch the boats go by.



We believe that this house is accessible for our guests with reduced mobility, but we advise all guests to check the suitability of the house based on their own requirements.



Please note that OstseeResort Olpenitz is still under construction due to high demand. However, the properties already meet a 5-star standard and offer you a first-class stay. Any construction work at the resort will not affect your holiday enjoyment, which is why additional discounts are not possible.

Ferienressort Olpenitz

Das Ferienressort ist sehr gut gelegen und für Ausflüge in die Umgebung sehr gut geeignet und auch zum relaxen ideal. Allerdings ist der ehemalige Marinehafen sehr stark bebaut. Dies trübt nun wirklich die sehr schöne Lage. Das Ressort befindet sich noch in weiteren Bauphasen. Baulärm ist also gegeben. Mir fehlt ein besser durchdachtes Konzept. So hätten hier die Straßen im Ressort besser für Autofahrer ,Radfahrer und Fußgänger geteilt werden müssen. Die Zufahrtstrassen zu den Häusern sind einspurig und dazwischen Radfahrer und Spaziergänger . Für Kinder sehr gefährlich ,da leider viele PKW´s hier sehr schnell langfahren. Ferner hat mir nicht gefallen, daß hier viele Hunde frei ohne Leine laufen. Ohne Auto geht hier aber gar nichts. Kappeln nur 6 km entfernt . Flensburg , Schleswig, Arnis in der Umgebung so daß man viel unternehmen und besichtigen kann. Die Ferienwohnungen und Hausboote sind jedoch wirklich top eingerichtet und sehr sauber. Man hat immer einen tollen Blick auf die Ostsee . Strandkörbe und schöne Sitzgelegenheiten sind auf den Terrassen. Und trotz der starken Bebauung war es sehr ruhig und wir haben uns toll erholt. Wollten manchen Tag nur auf der Terrasse bleiben ,so schön war es. Für Kinder halte ich es dort nicht für geeignet. Und das ist auch gut so, da wir ja Ruhe haben und ausspannen wollten.
