"My husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Cedars. Host was super friendly and breakfast was always delicious. Room was clean. The only thing that I think needs attention was our bathroom. The shower could use a good spray for mildew and the drain cover is not attached to anything. But other than that I would recommend this place."

"The suite we stayed in really needs updating. The shower did not match the luxurious description on the website. The carpet was in need of replacement. I literally found a large, dead roach right by the foot of the bed upon check-in -- how was this missed by housekeeping? The tvs and remotes were very difficult to navigate and internet slow. I removed the top cover from the bed, as it appeared as though not washed and used sheets and a cotton blanket. The windows really needed cleaning and...

"stayed 2 days it was clean and staff was very friendly. You don't have to pay for breakfast which is always a plus when traveling with kids. Its close to everything 10 min for busch gardens and right by colonial williamsburg. didn't get to use the pool because its outdoors and wasn't that nice out but i would stay here again."

"Our stay here was fine. The location is excellent, the house is nicely decorated, and the breakfast was solid - scrambled eggs, grits, sausage and a fruit dish every morning. I had been hoping for a helpful host who could guide us with restaurant and sightseeing recommendations, but there was not a host on site. The bed was also quite soft and sagged in the middle."

"Good price and location but when we were there we had difficulties with property maintenance. The elevator button panel fell off while we were eating breakfast and everyone had to take the stairs. The breakfast room had logistical challenges and was very full. Our room had a broken hair dryer and some da))?mage in the bathroom. "This was a very special stay in the heart of historic Colonial Williamsburg. The room was very clean, bathroom was renovated and perfect. We loved the sheep in the side yard and the ease of just walking across the street to Duke of Gloucester street with the taverns. We loved it and will definitely do again!"

"We got a great deal on this property through Expedia and were very happy with the property. It’s feel like historic Williamsburg with great location close to William & Mary and shops/restaurants on Richmond Hwy. The staff was super friendly and while the room was in older side - it was clean and worked fine for our 2 night stay. I was bummed not to use outdoor pool and hot tub (a little chilly - early May stay) but my husband and I enjoyed playing mini golf. I would recommend this hotel/resort!!"
