    Aloha and welcome to Kapalua Ridge #321, a coastal-chic vacation condo designed to deliver an unforgettable Maui experience. From the moment you arrive, you are greeted with a breathtaking panoramic view of the ocean, the island of Molokai, and spectacular sunsets.



    This spacious 1,150 sq. ft. one-bedroom, two-bathroom villa has been recently refreshed to be exceptionally comfortable, clean, and well-equipped.



    * **Living Space:** The bright, airy living space features a brand new, high-end sleeper sofa and a flat-screen TV, opening onto a furnished balcony where the ocean is a constant, beautiful backdrop.

    * **Master Bedroom:** Offers a new, comfortable king bed and its own private lanai for quiet moments.

    * **Kitchen:** The fully equipped kitchen includes new interior lighting and kitchenware, providing everything you need to prepare meals.

    * **Bathrooms:** Two full bathrooms provide added convenience and privacy for all guests.

    * **Extras:** We provide fresh linens and new beach equipment for your adventures.

    Guests will have private access to the entire condo, ensuring a peaceful and exclusive stay.

    Kapalua Ridge Villas is an exclusive development of private and spacious villas overlooking the Pacific Ocean. It is quiet and peaceful, not crowded with the large groups of other parts of the island.

We had a great stay here. Place was spacious with excellent ocean views. Well equipped kitchen for cooking and beach chairs/umbrella were useful. Beach was a 5 minute walk and pool across the street. Complex was well maintained. Covered parking was useful to keep the car cool. We love the Kapalua area. Would for sure come back and stay here again!

Just Perfect

My family and I had a great stay and the property was in the perfect location as we attended a wedding at The Pineapple Chapel which was very near and walkable. Many beaches near by and stores to buy groceries, etc. Check in was very easy and owners were very easy to contact. All in all we had just a perfect vacation.

What a great place to stay! Very clean. Roomy. Incredible view to wake up to every morning. A great place to come back to relax in after a busy day! If we come back to Maui, we have a place to stay. Jono Stevens took care of us very well. Excellent communications. Couldn’t have been a more pleasant place to stay or host to deal with. We’re very thankful for how well things went.

The view out the kitchen and main living area is spectacular. This neighborhood was clearly planned carefully to maximize the view for all the condos, but this condo being on the upper floor had an exceptionally great view. Everything was as promised. All the appliances worked fine and the washer and dryer were new and very convenient. All in all a great repeat stay. We had rented this condo in 2025 and it went so well during this stay, we came back in 2026.

Heaven on earth

We have stayed at several locations within Kapalua and this did not disappoint. From the moment you walk in you are mesmerized by the view. I lived on the lanai with binoculars in hand everyday. The bed was very comfortable too. We would definitely rent this unit again.

Flawless

We spent 11 days here. Everything was really perfect. The unit was very clean. We had absolutely zero issues with any pesky critters, which was very nice. 5 stars is not enough. The place was fabulous.

Research well worth it!

Wife and I spend much time researching different properties and locations. For what we were looking for and hoping for, this property lived up to and hit every point on our list. Perfectly appointed and yes the view was perfect! Bedroom and bed very comfortable as to what we like in sleeping quality. On site host incredibly helpful and friendly. We used the Concierge Services at the Ritz and couldn't of been happier with the quality of service from their staff as well. We definitely would stay here again on any return trip to Maui.
