This 2nd floor corner condo looks just like the photos. It's situated next to the beach in a gated complex surrounded by lush, colorful landscaping. Parking is on the front side of the building, so you walk to the waterside and up some stairs (a bit hard to find). The unit itself is attractive, updated, and well equipped, and the panoramic view out the windows and from the deck is incredible. The living area and bathroom are spacious, and the separate king bedroom is open enough to move around. The large balcony has 2 loungers, a table and chairs for sitting out in the AM and evening (the afternoon sun is very bright on the deck). We appreciated the table and 2 tall chairs on a separate small landing just outside the front door where we sat when the sun was too bright. The king bed was comfortable, although the pillows were a bit flat. When we arrived the internet and tv were not working, so we called the management company who sent someone to fix the problem the next day. The AC is slow to work, and doesn't cool things down very much but helps. There is lots of tropical bird noise, including the local wild chickens, and at night you can hear the wedge tailed shearwaters who nest here during breeding season. They're active at night and sound like babies crying. The beach is not great for swimming, although there is a small rocked in sheltered area, and there is a pool. Overall, we loved the condo and location, and hope to return!
