During your stay you'll have full access to your unit the amenities offered.
Step inside to an open-concept living area that flows seamlessly into the kitchen and dining space—perfect for gathering and relaxing. The home features a full bathroom and two comfortable bedrooms: one with a cozy queen bed, and the other with a spacious king bed and a TV for unwinding. A sliding patio door in the kitchen leads out to a fully fenced backyard, where you'll find a fire pit, picnic table, and hammock—ideal for enjoying the outdoors in comfort and privacy.
The fenced in backyard is shared with the unit next to this one. There is a gate that will allow you access to that area. Please note that both units will share the space with their pets if you are bringing them.
No Smoking in unit or building. (violation subject to $250 fine)
Pets are welcome for a nominal pet fee - $100 per pet per month for long term stays.
Pets must be crated while unsupervised, house trained, and are not allowed on the furniture or in the beds.
No parties or gatherings.
The number of people in the unit may not exceed the guest count on the reservation unless special permission has been granted. This extends to the building amenities as well.
