On the ground level of the house is a lovely living room with fireplace, well-equipped kitchen, one double bedroom with a bathroom and a separate toilet. Upstairs, the house has two bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and one big shared balcony. Every room is air-conditioned. In front of the house, there is an outhouse for family and friends gatherings. The property offers private parking, and it is located in a small village Brajkovići, 10 km from Rovinj.
