PETS: One pet is allowed, and extra charge is 10€ per night. The surcharge is paid upon arrival in cash. If you have more than 1 pet, send a request to check if it is possible to make an exception.
COURTYARD AND SWIMMING POOL: In the courtyard of the house there is a swimming pool surrounded by sun chairs. The pool, shared between two apartments only, is 45 m² big and filled with chlorine water.

Matohanci is a small settlement close to the highway exit, when arriving from the direction of Trieste, about 10 minutes from the city of Rovinj. In the nearby village of Rovinjsko selo (3km), you will find everything you need for a pleasant vacation, like grocery shops and bars.In just a few minutes you can reach the Lim Bay (Lim Fjord), known for its fish and shellfish growing, as well as for its quality restaurants.
