"イギリステイストの建物で中の設備や室内の小物がすごく素敵でした。残念ながらこちらの時間的な都合でティータイムを味わえませんでしたが、ホテルに着いたときに紅茶やスパイスでのおもてなしを受け、すごく嬉しかったです。ホテルのヘルプデスクの方も親切で、同じグループのホテル、ヘリタンスカンダラマへの問い合わせも電話でしてくれました。（こちらがお願いしましたが、すごく丁寧で対応も早かったです。） ディナーでは紅茶やスパイスを使ったカクテルをいただき、こちらならではの味を味わえました。 朝の茶畑の散歩がものすごく気持ちよかったです。"
