Spectacular Home with Private Pool and Spa and Million Dollar Views

Juniper Hills luxury home in Kanab is a 5 bedroom, 5 bathroom home with a large, private pool that can accommodate up to 15 people. It has a beautiful swimming pool, large kitchen and living room, and an outdoor patio and barbecue. The home has 5 King beds, 3 Sofa Sleepers, and 3 Rollaway Beds. The scenery is spectacular and it is located just outside of Kanab, Utah within an hour of Zions National Park, Bryce's National Park, Grand Staircase National Monument, Lake Powell and Antelope Canyon, Coral Pink Sand Dunes, North Rim of the Grand Canyon, Capital Reef, and many others. This is a place where your family can enjoy the outdoors all while having all the luxuries of a beautiful house and pool. The hot tub is heated year-round. The pool is heated from April 15 to October 15. A pool heating fee can be paid to heat the pool in the winter of $199/day with a 3 day minimum. The home has nice sitting areas and a TV area, a very spacious open kitchen and dining area. We are also located in proximity to our brand new Grand Plateau RV Resort so if you want to add those who want to stay in their own rigs it is within walking distance. This is another fine addition to all our other lodges, focusing on some of the most scenic and beautiful areas of the great state of Utah with a little bit of Wyoming mixed in.
Fifty percent (50%) of the total lodging price is due upon confirmation of the reservation. Reservations made within 30 days of reservation date will not be confirmed without payment in full at time of reservation. Cancellations made within 60 days of the reserved date will forfeit 100% of the deposit made. All cancellations made before 60 days of the reservation will receive a refund of the deposit minus an 8% processing fee. We recommend that you purchase travel insurance.
Once you have made a reservation with a deposit you will receive a rental agreement. Please sign the rental agreement to complete your reservation. Seven days before your arrival you will receive an email with check in instructions by email.
