Pickleball Paradise in Kanab with Hot Tub Unit 2

  • Welcome to Pickleball Paradise in Kanab, Utah! Enjoy your visit in our beautiful area while staying in our BRAND NEW two bedroom (third bed available), two bathroom duplex. Each bedroom has a king size bed, TV, convenient charging outlets, and a closet. The living room is equipped with a sofa bed (queen size). There is a door to allow for additional privacy separating the sofa bed from the other two bedrooms for more comfortable sleeping arrangements.

    Each unit has access to their own private courtyard which includes a hot tub, outdoor table and chairs, grill, and cornhole set. This stay also includes shared access (with the other duplex unit, and one other property) to a private professional pickleball court! The pickleball court is also ready for a friendly game of basketball. The court has professional lighting to allow for evening games after you spend your day enjoying the local attractions. (Pickleball equipment and basketball provided.)

    High speed internet is included with your stay. 1024 mbps speed internet with hardwire connections in each bedroom. 500 mbps wireless service across the property. Fiber optics are connected directly to the property.

    Each unit has private access with a keypad door lock. An access code will be e-mailed to you prior to your stay.

    This duplex is located just 5 minutes from downtown Kanab while 4 of the most beautiful National Parks are just a short drive away!

Great Place to Stay

We were in the area for wedding shenanigans, so we didn’t get to take full advantage of all the awesome amenities—but it was great knowing they were there! The place was super clean, cozy, and comfortable. We’d definitely stay here again!

A wonderful little place

Small, clean, and has everything you need and more. Two king beds, modern kitchen, two bathrooms, a small living room an dining area - it's perfect! We didn't get to take advantage of the hot tub and pickle all during our stay, but we would love to come again to do so. Definitely recommend!

Wonderful week in Kanab

Perfect unit for our family of four. Clean, great layout, and we all enjoyed the sports court. Property managers were wonderful to work with and had great communication.

Pickleball heaven!

We LOVED this place and for sure plan to return. It had everything we needed and more! Great central location to so many things. We enjoyed the north rim of the grand canyon and Bryce Canyon on our way home. The family really enjoyed the pickleball court and hot tub! Thank you for the great place. We had one small issue with signing in to the tv but Cade came right over and fixed it! Can't wait to go back!

The property was as detailed via the VRBO listing. It was clean and had everything we needed. We decided to stay in Kanab because we found out that it's a good location that is centrally located to many of the national parks. Don't be fooled when you drive into the neighborhood. It's a mix of many types of homes, but we felt safe. Apparently Kanab has a lower crime rate than the national average. We liked the small town feel, and felt everyone we encountered to be friendly. Just know there are no known grocery stores to shop at, but when we arrived we looked up local grocery stores and found a couple. These stores were well stocked with anything you may need if you plan to cook at the rental. We found a couple of very nice restaurants near that we ate at, and we were not disapointed. We encountered a day of possible rain and decided to explore the town and a couple of museums. You will learn a lot about this very old town of Kanab, and will have an appreciation for it. From what I understand there is a lot of history and multi generation families that live in Kanab, which gives it a small town feel. Also, there were many western movies filmed in this town back in the day.

Absolutely loved the place and our trip! Facility was very accommodating to our family. It was new, clean, and we loved the hot tub and pickle ball court.
