Accommodations
Step into your Aloha home away from home and feel the rest of the world melt away. This beautiful home has it all - almost 2500 square feet of indoor living including a fully equipped gourmet kitchen with granite counter tops, stainless steel appliances, and coconut wood flooring.

Open up the living room pocket doors and relax on the lanai as your steaks sizzle on the built in barbecue: or enjoy a tropical libation as you lounge on any of the three outdoor living areas.

This 4 bedroom/3.5 bath home offers every luxury you can imagine. Two master suites with king size beds - upstairs master offers walk-in stone shower in en-suite bathroom. The downstairs master has a full en-suite bathroom with walk-in closet, stone shower, soaking tub and private patio.

The third bedroom is over sized with two queen beds, and the fourth bedroom has a queen bed. Tropical decor and large flat screen TV's compliment every bedroom.

Nestled in paradise
A secret gem of the Mauna Lani Resort, the 3 acre KaMilo/Kulalani Recreation Center, is a short walk (about a 9 iron) from your Aloha home, and offers a lap pool, large free-form lagoon pool, kiddie wading pool, two Jacuzzi spas, workout building with free-weights, exercise machines and showers. There is an incredible pavilion next to the lagoon pool where you can gather with family and friends by the Viking grill and outdoor kitchen to host parties and special events.

Exclusive beach privileges
A special pleasure for beach lovers - the Mauna Lani Beach Club is a quick drive down the street. Grab your buckets and beach towels (all supplied) and head to your sandy oasis for swimming, snorkeling and a whole variety of beach activities

Read a book or take a snooze in one of the dozens of cabanas available for the guests of the resorts. When thirst or hunger call, a full-service restaurant awaits mere steps from the beach and will tempt you with a tasty menu and specialty tropical beverages as you soak up the ocean views and the occasional breaching whale.

Ancient Fish Ponds are adjacent to the Beach Club, where you can spend hours studying how the ancient Hawaiians farmed the local fish.

The garage is not available for parking. The driveway can accommodate 1 normal size car.

A quick walk down the street will take you to 'The Shops'. Discover The small gourmet market (Foodland) with delectable deli selections, freshly made sushi, deli and bakery.

This is amazing! Everything was clean and comfortable— would stay again if we have a big group! Loved the beach and pool areas (it took us a little bit to find the pools😂) Loads of room to spread out!

Great snorkeling beach

The house is spacious, comfortable and well supplied. Location is very convenient for exploring Big Island especially the saddle road, north and west coast. Our highlight was the beach within the community which has amazing snorkeling with very easy access. Many other great beaches are within 10-15 min drive. Pack reef friendly sunscreen!

Nice Family Home

The property is located in a nice community. There was enough room for our family. The furniture and mattresses could use a face lift. Otherwise, everything was very nice. Mike, the property manager, was very responsive to our questions. We would stay here again.

Wonderful - Tropical - Paradise

This home was amazing! The location is great for enjoying your vacation. Some of the perks is enjoying the lush and vibrant outdoor areas with coffee in the morning, spending a sun soaked afternoon at the exclusive beach club where you can snorkel, order drinks, or just enjoy a good book on the complimentary lounge chairs! Delicious, oceanfront, sunset dinners at the nearby 5 star resorts are a must. The home itself has all you need to enjoy the beach or the community pool and gym. I can’t wait to come back ;)

Family Celebrate’s Our 50th Wedding Anniversary

I began searching for our Hawaii vacay “home” in June of 2021! Our actual Anniversary date would be October of 2021 and our trip would have to be realized in April 2022! Lots of planning and anticipation!!! Our KaMilo condo was all we had hoped for! The four bedrooms worked perfectly and the living space was roomy for all 8 of us. We used the pool, pavilion, private beach and got to explore so much of the island from this location! All of us came home rested, happy and dreaming of another visit.

Good family spot

Overall, our experience was very positive. The pool proved to be wonderful for small kids (and adults) and we met the same families every day which made for a community feel. It would be nice if some basic items like flour, sugar and other baking and cooking items were in the cupboards. It would make meal preparation much easier and eliminate the need to buy quantities that are not needed for a short stay.

Perfect home for group of Friends

Plenty of space for 4 couples. We really enjoyed the comfy chairs and large table on the lanai. The pool is only 5 or 6 houses away and is very nice and large. The pavilion there has comfy tables and chairs too. The beach club is a few minutes away. We loved having this special place to enjoy the beach. The Foodland grocery store is right down the street and you can order groceries ahead or have them delivered. We will definitely be back!

Wonderful Amenities

Loved everything about the home except the upholstery and carpeting needed a good cleaning. Also, a few things needed repair. However, the grounds are gorgeous and the beach club was wonderful for the kids.

Great Family Vacation experience

This home is beautiful and the community it is in is beautiful. It is just a very short walk up to the wonderful pools and workout facilities. The property manager was friendly to work with and the property itself was spacious. Great shared living space. You definitely need a golf cart or car to get to the private beach community, but that was just fine.
