"日本語スタッフはいなかったが、親切に話を最後まで聞いてくれて、サービスを提供しようとしてくれる姿勢が、全てのスタッフに浸透している印象がある 朝食は多国籍のゲストに対応したビュッフェだったが、食べ方が分からず手を付け辛い感じだった ビーチは透明度もなく狭くて期待できない プールはサービスグッズが多く、長い時間を楽しめる 水の透明度は、どうしても落ち葉や砂、などの影響なのか、あまり綺麗とはいえない状況だった"
