"Im Vorwege war das Hotel schon nie erreichbar - weder per Telefon noch per Mail. Bei Ankunft war die Rezeption auch nicht besetzt. Die Nummer, die man dann anrufen sollte, war ebenfalls nicht erreichbar. Nachdem es einige Schwierigkeiten beim Check-In gab, kam es noch dazu, dass unser Zimmer doppelt ..."

Dock var incheckningsprocessen väldigt omständlig, och jag hittade ingen info om att incheckningen skedde vid receptionen till Best Western hotellet som låg in bra bit ifrån.
