Downstairs - This villa has a modern kitchen with premium stainless steel appliances including a coffee pod machine and an air-fryer is included. The main bedroom with King bed, large bathroom with a large shower area & toilet. Both have hand rails for aid if required. A separate small laundry with washing machine and cordless vacuum cleaner. The open plan lounge and dining area has a  large screen Smart TV, Blue Ray DVD and Bluetooth stereo.

Upstairs is the second bedroom with 2 single beds a second bathroom & toilet. There is also a lovely smaller open sitting room with an additional lounge, a second smaller smart TV along with a variety of games. Great for the kids.

The villa offers you cool only air conditioning in both of the bedrooms, a front patio with a comfy setting where you can see the river up the end of the street from the front of the villa, Small private back courtyard inc BBQ, a outdoor table & chairs with clothes line. You have your own front undercover parking bay.
