    The Space:

    Stunningly situated right across the street from the best surfing and snorkeling in the area, Kona SeaSpray 201 provides a sparkling view of the ocean, rustling palms, and Kona's spectacular nightly sunsets.



    This two-bedroom condo boasts a location that can't be beat, with access to the ocean shore just across Ali'i Drive (and snorkel gear provided for your use). On the grounds of Kona SeaSpray, enjoy access to an outdoor swimming pool and sundeck overlooking the ocean. You'll also be less than a quarter-mile from Kahalu’u Beach Park, under a mile from the Keauhou Shopping Center, and a quick drive from the heart of Kona.



    This second-floor condo makes the most of its Big Island setting, with two sets of sliding glass doors connecting to a private lanai. It's a gorgeous spot to bring your breakfast, sip a tropical cocktail, or simply admire the sun setting into the ocean each evening. Inside, you'll have every essential: a well-equipped kitchen, a dining table for four, a living room with dual sofas and a smart TV, and air conditioning in the living room and bedrooms.

Amazing property in a quiet building. Close to a great snorkeling spot as well as a shopping center. Property is incredibly well stocked with any beach supplies you could imagine (snorkel gear, beach chairs, coolers, even phone cases for underwater photography!). Very clean and spacious. Would stay here again in a heartbeat.

I appreciate all the little extra details that were available in the home that added enjoyment to our stay. Plenty of bedding, stocked bathrooms. The deck of cards for our early nights in, the binoculars made for early morning wildlife and evening viewing amazing. The location was great for us. It was close enough to Kona but away from the noise and close enough for us to get to the southern part of the island as well. The pool and grill was great. I appreciated that I felt at home while away. Thank you.

Cozy, comfy and well appointed

We really enjoyed our short stay here! Very thoughtfully provided supplies for the kitchen, bath, laundry and especially the beach closet! The location was very convenient...We really enjoyed being able to walk across the street to swim and snorkel and to travel around the island.

Perfect location, comfortable condo, very well stocked with plenty of snorkeling equipment, chairs, beach towels, etc. Couldn't have asked for anything more! We really enjoyed this place. The balcony is excellent for watching surfers in the bay and Kahalu'u Beach is a walkable gem for snorkeling.

Awesome place!

This place was perfect for our week stay in Kona! It had everything we needed. We loved the cleanliness, the comfortable beds, the kitchen setup, the location, the view from the deck, and the pool area. We will definitely stay here again the next time we’re in Kona!

Well Stocked, Great Location

We loved pretty much everything about our stay here. The location was perfect. We walked to Kahalu’u Beach and snorkeled many times. There are plenty of beach supplies, including snorkeling equipment for 4+ people, chairs, tons of beach towels, boogie board, umbrella and more. The pool was refreshing and we loved grilling fresh fish from Kona Seafood Market out there. We miss it already.

Great View of the Ocean

We loved staying in this property. The beds were comfortable and the kitchen was well stocked. We loved that we could take a short walk to the public beach. We used the snorkeling equipment to explore the reef area. We would recommend this property to others who are going to stay in Kona.

Relaxing and wonderful property near the ocean

We enjoyed this beautiful condo and all it has to offer. Walking distance to fantastic snorkeling, easy drive into town for great food, music and stores, and beautiful pool area are all highlights of our time in this condo. Owners have ample supplies of snorkeling gear, beach chairs, towels, coolers and boogie boards for guests. Property is clean and fresh and very comfortable. Sunsets are spectacular! Highly recommend!

Beautiful condo with amazing views!

We loved staying in this unit! It is a very roomy well appointed condo. The ocean views are so amazing! And it was wonderful being able to walk to one of the best snorkeling beaches on the island. We also loved being so close to all the great restaurants and shops in Kona We would definitely stay in SeaSpray 201 again!

Great location

We loved our stay in #201 and it was well appointed and very clean. The location is close to town, but not too close, and easy access to snorkeling and body surfing beaches. We have stayed at Kona SeaSpray several times, but this was our first stay in #201. Exceed all our expectations.

beautiful condo in a fantastic location

We had a spectacular time in this beautiful condo. Everything needed for a fun time was available, including beach chairs, beach towels and snorkeling equipment. The kitchen was well equipped and the beds were very comfortable. Best sleep we have had on vacation! The condo is perfectly situated in Kona with a short distance to town, snorkeling, shopping and eating. There is a lovely pool area with BBQ's. We would highly recommend!
