Beautiful, well maintained home. And I was gorgeous with the beautiful view. The home does have two bathrooms, but the description does not tell you that the home is split level with about eight steps going up to the kitchen living area another four steps up to the bathroom and bedroom and four steps down to the lower bathroom. Also, the bed is extremely comfortable, but also very high. There was a stool in the closet in the bedroom, which we were able to use to get on and off the bed since I’m not barely 5 feet. I would still highly recommend this condo. The owner also was very responsive to all my questions and concerns.

This is a lovely property and my wife and I enjoyed our week lon stay here. Very comfortable bed, lovely lania, bidets in both baths, quiet area in great location, and the view was great. Beach gear is provided and appreciated. Manager was very flexible and responsive. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommend!

Kona perfect

Everything about our stay here was perfect. The condo is lovely and has everything you need. I loved morning coffee on the lanai surrounded by plumeria and a tropical paradise bursting with birdsong. The sunset view wasn’t bad either! Sally was immediately responsive when the door keypad batteries needed changing. A shopping center with a grocery store is within walking distance, too. We hope to stay here again on our next visit!

A Beautiful place

Condo was comfortable, nicely decorated, had extras if you forgot something. Communication was timely, was close to stores & restaurants and the grounds were beautiful with many flowering trees! Would definitely stay again. Thank you!

Perfection.

From check in through check out everything at this condo is about making the most of one’s vacation. The home is beautiful and lovingly cared for. Anything you might need is at your finger tips, including assistance. Sally and Mark were a text away after I accidentally locked us out, with a quick solution. The lanai is an amazing place to watch the sunset or just to enjoy listening to the birds and feeling the breeze. We very much enjoyed the pools. Interaction with neighbors and other guest was very enjoyable. The location is perfect. It’s close to the beaches and just a few minutes walk to the market. Thank you Sally and Bob for sharing your lovely home. Would love to return someday. And thanks to Mark for his assistance. (Deke & Cindy)

Great place

Stayed a week in the very comfortable & well-equipped home. Hard to tell from the photos but the ocean view from the big lanai was beautiful - we loved every sunset (great stargazing too on clear nights!) and meal out there. Interior furniture was super comfortable, tv large (hard to navigate channels, even for my nerdy husband), best mattress ever (on last day, found stepstool in closet for getting waaay up there), and easy kitchen to cook in. The home was spotless & only saw an occasional gecko (they eat bugs, so you want them around). Salt water pool was great, groceries store & restaurants nearby... we'd stay there again.

Pleasantly Comfortable with a Homey Atmosphere

This condo had all the essentials of a small home. It is cozy and provides time for serenity. The kitchen is equipped with all the appliances & dishes needed to make a nice meal. My husband & I enjoyed our stay with the warmth of the sun, convenient restaurants and nice pool.

First trip to Hawaii

We really had a great stay. Location is excellent. We enjoyed the sunsets at the beach only a short walk. We walked to the farmers market for local produce and cooked almost all our meals at the property. We had the pool to ourselves on a number of occasions. The condo was very clean and was everything we could hope for. It was very quiet. The sunsets from the lanai were also stunning. We walked to a boat that took us on a snorkel tour at the Captain Cook monument. We did tour the island but found just about everything we were looking for was a short walk away. We would love to stay there again if we get the chance.

An Excellent Keauhou Resort Condo!

My wife and I spent six nights here recently. All aspects of the rental were great. The resort is located in a very peaceful and historic area. The unit is well equipped, has a great lanai and a very comfortable bedroom. Owners and their agents were very responsive and helpful. We were very happy to have stayed there and look forward to doing so again.

Love the location!

Sally is a gracious host and the place is very clean. It is a cared for property that the owner uses as seen by the family photos and a kitchen stocked with everything and nice appliances. I enjoyed the location without a car. It was an easy 10’ walk to the supermarket/shopping mall where I could grab the bus, food and anything else i needed. You can easily walk to Kahalu’u and Keauhou bay too. Pools are nice and grounds well-maintained. The condo complex seemed to have mostly F/T residents. Great place. Highly recommend

Great unit

We have stayed in several of the units in this complex and this is one of the best we’ve found. It is roomy, has been updated , has fully appointed kitchen with new appliances. The owners are friendly and reached out to make sure everything was as we expected. Highly recommend.
