Great breakfast options. Japanese, western or buffet. I chose western. Premium fresh fruits, pastries, famous Hokkaido milk, different juices and many more. The outdoor onsen is beautiful. 部屋・設備・ビュッフェ、いずれを取っても大変素晴らしかったです。 また、宿泊前にアクティビティや近隣の食事処などをご案内いただけるメールが届いた点も、とても良かったと思います。 全体的に、ニセコという土地柄もあり、日本人向けというよりは外国の方を意識したホテルだと感じました。 その前提で訪れれば、さらに評価は高まると思います。 一方で少し気になったのは、「布団を使うと追加料金」「これをするといくら」というような追加費用が目立った点です。 リネン扉に鍵をつけているように、布団入れの扉にも鍵をつけるなど、利用者の目に触れにくい工夫があれば、より印象が良くなると思いました。 ...

シャワーブースの扉に隙間があり外部に水が漏れるのは改善してほしいです。IHコンロのチャイルドロック解除のやり方の案内がないので困りました。
