Panoramic Oceanfront Views - Royal Kahana 911

Stunning ocean front views from the 9th floor in this beautifully remodeled & tastefully furnished condo on Kahana Bay. A large wrap-around lanai, accessible from the living room and master bedroom, adds to the view. In addition to the HD TV & Blu-Ray DVD player in the living room there is a also a HD TV in the master bedroom. Surf the web with the Wi-Fi signal provided. The master bathroom features a large walk-in tiled shower with glass doors, while the guest bath has a tub/shower. A half bathroom has been added in the entry hallway. Royal Kahana is an ocean front resort and is walking distance to shops and restaurants including Maui Brewing Co, China Boat, Dollie's Pub and Cafe and the Beach House Kahana.

Kahekili Beach Park (Airport Beach): Generally calm conditions, excellent snorkeling and swimming, public restrooms, BBQ grills and large grassy area

Worth every penny!

We stayed in this building before the pandemic and love it! The location is amazing. Close to so many walkable spots! We couldn't get the same unit and picked this one and we were so lucky we did! This unit has been tastefully updated and so well equipped. The view from the balcony alone is worth every penny spent. We traveled with our two boys 14 and 18 and their room is very spacious with two beds and a separate bathroom. This outside pool area has also been updated. It has 5 bbq grills that are immaculately taken care of. We grilled several nights while we watched the sunset. We will definitely be back!

Needs to speak with maids

I overall loved it felt very comfortable like home. The only issue I had there was no blankets at all had there was sheets and pillows all on the floor. The pillow cases had blood and makeup on the they were not changed one of the restrooms has mildew on the shower mat. I don’t like how there is no made service after four especially if check in at 3. Had to call the emergency number for things i needed.

Everything you want and more.

I've rented dozens of condos over the years and I found the place o am good for return to each and every year. Beautiful. The views are incredible. Beds were very comfortable and the carpet was like cashmere for the feet. The lanai was amazing. Hands down, I'm a very seasoned traveler and this exceeded all of my expectations. 13/10. Do it. You won't be disappointed!

This is good sized unit, large wraparound Lanai so the you have different view perspectives. Well stocked I will definitely stay here again.

Would not return

Location was amazing!!! Beautiful view, however we would not return to this condo. Condo could use a lot of updating, beds in spare room were very uncomfortable, iron was cracked and overall it was very sterile, uncomfortable And outdated. Again, we would Not return to this unit.

Royal Kahana room 911

The only complaint I have is that the air conditioning was set for 78 degrees with 90 degree temperatures. Not a comfortable temperature. No way for us to adjust it, nobody could or would adjust, but did bring us more fans, which helped. When we were not in our condo, we closed the shades. While we were there, no! The view was a major factor in choosing the condo! But both of my sons are in heating and air conditioning and said someone could have adjusted it. Without great air conditioning is the only downfall, otherwise this would have been perfection! The views were breathtaking! The condo was clean, spacious and comfortable and had all of the amenities you would need. For us the location was perfect because we did not want a lot of people on a big beach in the middle of town. We could easily walk or drive a short distance to towns or more beaches. We watched turtles swimming by daily. The swimming pool and surrounding area was not large, but clean and never too full. The beach is not too big, but again, never many people. There are stores and restaurants within walking distance. If we go back to Maui, would definitely choose this condo again!

Fabulous

This property was even better than pictured, with plenty of supplies (paper towels, soap, cleaning supplies, towels, etc). My one and only small complaint is that there was only one medium sized pot to cook in. A large pasta pot is needed. This condo is clean, well stocked, in a lovely area and a good value. All the staff here is very friendly and helpful as well. Would love to come back. View from lanai is unbeatable.

Beautiful but hot

The view was beautiful. Furniture dated . Windows need replacing. Afternoons and evening, just to dang hot. Swap coolers couldn't keep up. So glad they had fan or we would have died in there. Kitchen was good. Front desk was great .

Great Place!

This condo is a great value for the price. The views are incredible! There are floor to ceiling windows across the entire ocean side of condo, so you are always looking at the ocean. In fact, you are so close to the ocean, even on the balcony, you feel like you are on a cruise ship as the water seems to come underneath you! The sunset views from the balcony are beautiful. Even had a full rainbow one day! The condo is nicely furnished and very comfortable. The location is great...minutes to drive to beaches, shops, etc. Can walk to small grocery store and fast food. Overall, it was a great place to stay!
