A LITTLE ABOUT THIS CONDO....

Polynesian Shores 220 is more than a place to stay — it’s your front row seat to paradise. Imagine waking up to the golden glow of the Hawaiian sun, Molokai shimmering in the distance, and the soothing rhythm of waves welcoming you into the day. From the moment you arrive, every detail of this newly refreshed condo invites you to relax and embrace the island lifestyle.

Inside, tropical rattan furnishings and custom artwork set the tone for your getaway. The upstairs master suite offers a king size bed, private bath with shower, and TV, while brand new portable AC units, if you feel you need there is a $10 a day charge to use. Although it is not always needed there is ceiling fans and portable fans and great cross breeze to help you stay cool. The second bedroom features a queen bed and its own bath, with a TV, making the layout ideal for couples, families, or friends traveling together. Downstairs, the living room provides a sofa bed, entertainment center, and flat screen TV — the perfect space to unwind after a day of adventure.
The fully remodeled kitchen makes cooking a joy, whether you’re preparing a quick breakfast before heading out or a sunset dinner to enjoy on the lanai. Speaking of the lanai, this outdoor space is furnished for comfort and offers views that will take your breath away. During whale season, you can watch these majestic creatures right from your seat, and green sea turtles are often spotted along the shoreline.
Evenings at Polynesian Shores 220 are nothing short of magical. Guests gather to watch Maui’s famous sunsets, a nightly tradition that feels like a celebration of aloha itself. With the ocean as your backdrop, the sky ablaze in color, and the warmth of island hospitality all around, you’ll understand why this condo is more than just a vacation rental — it’s an unforgettable Hawaiian experience.

A LITTLE ABOUT OUR PROPERTY....
We are a beautiful family resort. Sit on your private lanai enjoy the fragrant plumeria trees, the sound of the waves breaking against the shoreline, you will enjoy the breeze of the palm trees. Take in the breathtaking view of the vast ocean, seeing the island of Molokai and Lanai. You will be able to see sea turtles swimming close to the rocky shore. In the winter months the Whales as they play near the surface, you can see the mist from their blow sprouts, tails slap on the Pacific Ocean. Take pleasure in our pool and hot tub, or barbecue up a delicious meal on the barbecue's and enjoy a picnic table on our beautifully well manicured grounds that overlook the ocean. In the evening enjoy the tiki torches and the spectacular Maui Sunsets . We also have free parking for each condo, free internet. Onsite laundry room, you can download an app on your phone or you can purchase a laundry card from the card kiosk. This is a smoke/vape free property.

WHERE ARE WE...
Our property is direct oceanfront property with unobstructed ocean views, located between the beautiful resorts of Ka'anapali and Kapalua. Honokowai, is special little neighborhood, many people pass by and wave a "shaka" at you! You can walk to local bars, restaurants. A large times market and a food truck park. There's places to rent beach gear, mopeds, all within walking distance. We are close to several beach parks and world famous golf courses, located both up and down the coast. Only a few minutes away from the Whalers Village on world famous Ka'anapali Beach, home to the Whale Museum, along with numerous shops, restaurants and art galleries.

COME SEE ALL MAUI HAS TO OFFER...
A sunset cruise around the island makes for a perfect romantic evening. If you’re curious about what goes on under the waves, snorkeling tours are a great way to view the incredible variety of life that lives under the surface of the ocean. Helicopter tours are an excellent way to take in views of the whole island, including incredible waterfalls, sea cliffs, and forests you would be hard pressed to view on foot. For those looking for a little more excitement, check out the zip lines at the Haleakala Skyline Tour. Road to Hana, which has 620 curves and 59 bridges, the road leads you through flowing waterfalls, flourishing rainforest, plunging pools and dramatic seascapes.

Polynesian Paradise

This is the second Polynesian property I've stayed in. The landscaping, and cleanliness of "common areas" , pool and grill was immaculate. Unlike the previous property, only 2 beach chairs were provided (4 of us in condo). Unfortunately 1 of the chairs was broken. The screen front door was difficult to open from the inside. We enjoyed the central location of the property and the friendly people. I will stay at Polynesian Shores again.

Amazing!

We had such a beautiful stay at Polynesian Shores! Such an incredible view! We saw whale spouts galore from our lanai and sea turtles by the shoreline every day! Pool and hot tub were lovely and the condo was comfortable and clean. Already planning for a return trip! Huge thank you to our hosts!

Nice place for getting away

It's a very nice and comfortable place for two couples. Our property manager Bree was very friendly and easy to reach. Unfortunately, the beach is not accessible and we had to drive to the sand beach, probably we didn't read the property description thoroughly . Overall, it's a very nice pace!

Amazing condo, support, and location

My friend and I were attending a workshop so we rented the condo. It was our home away from home -- so comfortable and clean. The view was so beautiful to wake up to and the sound of the ocean was the perfect way to fall asleep at night. I hope to come back again!

Beautiful place right on the ocean. We saw whales daily while drinking our coffee on the balcony. There were turtles along the shore and the snorkeling was great right in front. The condo was clean and nicely furnished. The kitchen was fully equipped and we can’t wait to come back

Holiday Week / New Year's Eve on Maui

Had a great (first-time) visit to Maui. Spent almost a week in the area and the location was very convenient to shopping and restaurants. Many families were on location on other units the week between Christmas and New Years and the sunset views are amazing. Exteriors The property overall is in very good shape, despite being built in the 1970s. The HOA has maintained the exterior very well, including the pool. Manager onsite walked the grounds often and was active in upkeep. He did a great job. Parking is adjacent or close to each unit. Landscaping is well maintained and "picture perfect". Interior (to this unit only - can't speak for other units) The loft area with king sized bed was good. Bed was comfortable. Queen bed in lower bedroom also was good. Both bathrooms and the carpet upstairs could use an update. However, the place was very clean. The kitchen appliances are very new and in excellent condition. Likewise the cabinets/countertops. Main floor level tile appears relatively new. Furniture was perfectly fine. The lanai was good for 4 adults and small kids and had very good views of the pool and ocean. Great morning and evening spot to start//end the day. Conclusion - we had a great time, the condo was more than acceptable and we would definitely consider returning. And, we would recommend the unit to others.

Love staying here!

This was our second time staying here and we just love it! It is perfect for our family. Quiet place with amazing views. You can see turtles daily in the water or on the beach in front of the complex. Breathtaking view (we even saw a rainbow exactly like the one in the photo!) Love that there is a pool that is never crowded, bbq's on site, and again, did I mention the view? No air conditioning, which may be a deal breaker for some but it didn't keep us from returning. You get a great breeze with the windows open and it cools off nicely at night so sleeping was never an issue. But it can get warm if you stay inside all day on a really sticky day. But why come to Maui and do that? So great to be away from the resorts and the crowds, yet close enough to grocery stores, restaurants, and many great beaches for swimming or snorkeling. We will likely be back again in the future!

Wonderful times in Maui

I had a fabulous time at this condo on Maui. I loved everything about the condo. My favorite things would probably be the view and the sunsets. We went down every night with a glass of wine to relax. Loved the rainbows over the mountains. We will definitely go back.

Beautiful condo in a great friendly complex

On our lanai we had our morning coffee watching the ocean and listening to the waves. Couldn’t ask for a better way to start our day we were here 3 months and wish we could have stayed longer. We’re coming back next year

Great location,we have seen a see turtle right on the beach in front of the condo, trick is to be there early6-7am. Close to Kanapsli, Napili and Kapaula beach. The last one is great for swimming and snorkeling (watch out for Moray Eals if you go early, their heads were sticking out of the coral pretty close to the shore). One buggie board and extra snorkeling gear were very handy. I would rent again. You must do Road to Hana - Loop-buy applications -Shaka-road to Hana, with turn to turn navigation and a lot of information and Music. Thx

I had my morning coffee looking over Molokai, sunset over the ocean, and turtles galore. A perfect place for the perfect vacation. We took a chance picking this condo as there are so many to choose from and they all sound great but this one lived up to what it said and then some. It was clean, quiet, and lovely. We were able to walk to Bad Ass Coffee which was a great coffee shop for our morning cup and was surprised they had a farmers market there Monday, Wednesday, and Friday so we got some island fresh fruits and veggies. A real great surprise.
