Well equipped bungalow

Apart from the squeaky floorboards, this house was enjoyable to stay in. So well equipped with every type of kitchen utensil you could need. The large outdoor undercover patios meant there was always a place to sit and relax or have your meals while enjoying the breeze. A nice quiet street walking distance to everything.

Cleaninless

The property was spacious and perfect location. The kitchen and sitting room was clean and I love the utensils available to use. The wadrop and under the bed was absolutely dusty. I drop my charger under the bed and when I tried to pick it up, it was very dusty. I hav3 feedback to property manager when I dropped the key. I will be happy to recommend to my friends .

Awesome Family House

Great little house for a family, one of the best stocked houses I've ever stayed in had all the kitchen equipment for our Christmas Cooking. Bathrooms were beautiful. Loved the outdoor shower to rinse off after beach swimming. The only thing I'd suggest is in the future to maybe put at least one aircon down in the guests room at the other end of the house as they were extremely hot during the day. Excellent location could walk to everything. We loved our stay at the house and would definitely stay there again.

Comfortable enough house but old internal condition. Bathrooms very dated, main Bathroom not very good & needs some freshening up. Hot water supply very tricky when showering in both internal showers. Outside Bathroom handy but needed a clean. Kitchen surfaces & plates, glasses needed wipe before using. Fabric on Dining chairs needed a good vacuum or steam clean. Front & back decking areas good. Nice rear outdoor area with pleasant outlook & BBQ. Feel this property rental rate is a bit overpriced.

Great location, adequate house, more room amenities needed

Location was great - short walk to some food places and the beach, short drive to IGA and other shops. House was what we needed - the beds weren't great and the house a bit old so hard to be perfectly clean (e.g. the floor has cracks around the part where is joins to the walls in the bathroom so we noticed a couple cockroaches, the bench is laminate so stains for easily - but acceptable for the price) but the indoor and outdoor seating was great and the TV and loungeroom good. Fairly spacious considering, good parking. What was really lacking were the small cheap things - there were 6 of us staying for 4 days, 3 nights but they only provided 1 toilet roll per toilet. There were no hand towels in the bathrooms. There was no liquid soap in the bathrooms. There were only 2 tea towels and one dishwashing cloth (a chux type cloth) and not enough dishwashing detergent. There weren't enough bin bags (no recycling so all the water bottles etc. had to go in the bin). There was only one sachet of laundry powder (not that this is as important as being able to wash dishes). It made it hard to clean and they especially want you to clean the kitchen before checking out. But overall pleasant experience.

Amazing house

Lovely house, was all clean and tidy when we arrived. Huge backyard, fantastic for boats and the kids to play. House has everything you need, we all loved it and had a great time. Also the Real Estate Company were lovely and so easy to communicate with, would highly recommend.
