This modern executive townhouse is the ideal location for that luxury getaway or maybe even the romantic getaway. Slight ocean views from the balcony, short walk to the beach and walk trails, great fishing spots, adventure activities & tours for all ages, friendly locals, state of the art marina with boat ramp and beautiful national parks all at your fingertips there's no time like the present to book your next beach side escape.

This furnished 3 bedroom, 2 bathroom executive property has reverse cycle air-conditioning to main living area & master bedroom, well equipped kitchen with modern finishes and lounge room with Tv, Wi Fi and Dvd player. Internal patio with outdoor setting & gas 4 burner BBQ. Laundry facilities.

What to Bring: All properties are furnished; however please note that these houses/villas/units are not serviced. You will need to supply any items that are used on a daily basis such as food, rubbish bags, dishwashing liquid, soap, shampoo, toilet paper and any other toiletries and cleaning products.

This property is not Boat friendly due to limited parking and the height of the carport.

The townhouse worked well for our family to cook, eat and play games together. A nice space to be in and easy to walk to the beach or in town to get a coffee or supplies. We really enjoyed our holiday in this property.

Three groups off P platers checked in and had an almighty party. So much for no group parties. So disappointed, everting else was amazing where we stayed.

This townhouse was in the perfect spot for us - walking distance to beach and main town. The balcony was a great spot to sit, read and have a drink. If I had to pick on anything it is that some of the furniture is getting worn and could be more things for guests to use in the kitchen. All in all was a great stay.

We stayed in a 3 bedroom villa. It was spacious and very comfortable. The master had a king bed with a bath, his/her basin and a good size shower. The bed was comfortable and it was quiet. The 2 other bedrooms were upstairs with a bathroom, so it was ideal for a family. It has a bbq and fully equipped kitchen area for entertaining. We could see the beach from the balcony and it took only minutes to walk to the beautiful turquoise beach. About 15 minute walk to town centre. The only downfall was that it was not cleaned properly, especially due to Covid conditions. The previous tenants did not clean the cutlery, plates and the utensil still had egg and grease on it. There was no dishwashing tablets so we had to clean everything before use by hand. The air-conditioners were filthy, with mould in them and the upstairs one did not work, which we reported but the technician couldn't come to the following day. It was 35 degrees so my family had to sleep on a couch downstairs. We paid 5 star prices to stay and that was the biggest letdown that it was not thoroughly cleaned or checked before we arrived.
