  • Bienvenido a Unit 62 Seafront Estate, en un impresionante complejo ubicado en el corazón de Jurien Bay. Con solo un paseo muy corto a las playas más impresionantes de la Costa Turquesa, excelentes lugares para pescar y hermosos parques a tu alcance, ¿por qué no querrías quedarte aquí? Con una piscina para relajarse y una barbacoa común, ideal para entretener o cocinar la pesca diaria para uso de los inquilinos. Grandes áreas con césped para que los niños corran y tengan competiciones de carritos de ruedas, los miradores de bali cool son la posición perfecta para juzgar (10/10).

    La unidad 62 es totalmente independiente con aire acondicionado en el salón principal. Esta unidad tiene capacidad para 8 personas y el arreglo de la ropa de cama es de 2 Queens y 2 individuales. Tenga en cuenta: Se suministra ropa de cama, sábanas, toallas y alfombras de baño.

    El Seafront Estate cuenta con estacionamiento limitado para automóviles y barcos. Cada unidad cuenta con 2 bahías para estacionamiento: esto le dará estacionamiento para 2 automóviles o 1 bote pequeño y 1 automóvil. La unidad puede llevar un remolque de barco a un máximo de 5 metros con una restricción de altura de 2 metros aprox.

    Se requiere un contrato de alquiler de vacaciones para completar todas las reservas. El contrato de alquiler requiere detalles de su nombre, dirección, número de invitados, así como detalles de la tarjeta de crédito y la licencia de conducir. Nuestra oficina requiere ver la tarjeta de crédito y la licencia de conducir del huésped a su llegada.

Unfortunately the accommodation did not meet our expectations

The accommodation was not to standard, in need of a lot of TLC and a damn good clean. Very disappointed considering the price we paid per night.

We will be back

The Villla was a perfect size for our family and a couple of friends. We all enjoyed the pool and BbQ area and invited friends for a drink while the kids played cricket on the grass where other children and families joined in. The location was perfect and we will book again. Our 5 metre boat didn’t fit in the space at the Villa, due to the driveway incline, but there was alternate parking within the complex.

Not bad

I'll give the Property Agent 100% for their service. As for the property it was ok. It seemed like no one had stayed in it for awhile. It was dusty. Also I don't think it was cleaned properly from the previous stay.

Needs urgent upgrading

Complex was lovely. Great facilities and a lovely position. Unit 62 needs badly updating especially the bathrooms and mattresses. For the money per night this needs to be spent on the unit

Very tired

Needs some maintenance, hot water system not very hot had to boil the kettle for the dishes or we ran out of warm shower water. 3 toasters and only one worked. Have stayed in this resort? at better presented properties than this one.

Dirty

This property was dirty. There was mouse droppings and dirt everywhere. Walls needed to be cleaned. Beds needed to be replaced and the bathroom needed some work. I wouldn't stay here again.

Bigger and better

The place is bigger and better than expected. Completely equipped, there was no need to bring anything apart from clothes. We thouroughly enjoyed it here. Thank you.

Mixed Standards

This was a well built unit in a good location close to the front. The complex around it is nice and seems well-maintained. The unit is spacious and well furnished and decorated. We were disappointed in the unit as it didn't appear to have been cleaned recently and some items were quite grubby. The fabric sofas were so badly stained we had to cover them with blankets before using them. The vertical blinds in the lounge were damaged so it wasn't private at night. This unit could be lovely - better cleaning, better maintenance and change the lounge suite and the showers. I expect better for this money.
