Right outside your door- dive into poolside fun, challenge the family to an impromptu fishing tournament in our scenic natural spring, pet the fluffy, resident farm friends or just sit and enjoy jaw-dropping sunrise and sunset views. Just next door you can run or walk through one of Florida's largest nature preserves. This natural preserve offers ample opportunities for hunting, fishing, wildlife viewing, nature study, hiking, horseback riding, camping and bicycling. Yes, wifi is available, but we dare you to leave all the electronics at home!

No Smoking Permitted. Background Check Required. Please note: this property is all on one level but there are a series of stairs (15) that lead from ground level to the private retreat. Occupants and visitors must be physically able to walk up one set of stairs. There is currently no elevator service or a handicapped accessible ramp. We apologize for any inconvenience.

This offering is a separate apartment with private porch. All other outdoor spaces are shared.

The property is located on an equestrian dirt road that leads to a private drive with gated entry. It can be a little bumpy at times - enjoy the ride!
