We had a great stay! - the condo needed a few items that would’ve been nice to have ie measuring cups, more than one dish rag and dish towel, and some larger cutting knives. Place was very clean!

A weekend away for a wedding

We had an awesome stay. The VRBO was super close to the wedding - we were able to walk there, as well as to the grocery store, beach, restaurants, etc. The beds were comfy and the showers were great! We really enjoyed our stay.

Exactly what we we're looking for!

Spacious and clean. Great location. Only a short walk to the beach for sunrise and sun set. The pool is right across the street. Beds were comfy.

Property was as advertised in a beautiful area with nearby pool, beach and walking path. Had a little problem with some ants but place was pretty clean. Communication was a little slow but not too bad...

Awesome condo

I would highly recommend this condo. It was extremely clean and beautifully furnished. They supplied everything we needed, even down to beach chairs. We could not have asked for a better setting. Our screened in porch backed up to Carlin Park. We took a short path through the park to a beautiful beach. It is in walking distance to amazing restaurants. We arrived a little early and the owner changed the time on the door code so we could get into the condo. He was super responsive.

The guest bathroom shower head needs to be replaced, not much of a shower. I would also suggest the unit be treated for insects, had three different incidents with spiders and a large bug. In your defense we didn't contact anyone during our stay regarding these matters since we didn't feel there would be a quick fix. The unit is in a great location.

Convenient location with plenty of room

Property was clean and tidy. Nice location near beach restaurants and publix. Easy checkin checkout. Pool has restrictions on dawn to dusk...we stayed in oct so dusk was early and no pool toys allowed if you have kids. Roomy condo wit nice screened patio. Would stay here again on future trips.
