    Este apartamento está situado directamente en el canal intracostero. Tiene vistas a la piscina climatizada y tiene vistas al mar desde el salón y el dormitorio principal. El muelle está disponible para un barco de hasta 40 '.

    La propiedad está adyacente a un parque frente al mar con canchas de tenis, canchas de baloncesto y una rampa para botes, muy conveniente para el lanzamiento de su embarcación. Realmente disfrutarás relajándote junto a la piscina viendo el desfile de botes o sentándote en el muelle viendo pasar a los manatíes. Por la noche, contempla las hermosas puestas de sol junto al agua mientras disfrutas del fuego al aire libre.

The property was wonderful. The apartment was very clean and stocked with everything you could imagine. The pool and water vie was amazing. The owners were very responsive and helpful. Would definitely go back.

Teri and Jim's apartment on the intracoastal is the perfect place to relax. They are great hosts providing all the essentials. The area is close to shopping and wonderful restaurants. Juno Beach is a short drive away.Thank you Teri and Jim for a lovely vacation.

Great location, fun boats

It was easy to get around all of the Palm Beach area. Carmine's gourmet market was a wonderful place for great food. We loved watching the boats go by and really enjoyed our stay!

Great stay

We’ve stayed here several times and will continue to make this our first choice. Jim and Teri are so accommodating and great hosts! The condo is in a perfect location and is very clean and comfortable.

We loved our stay here. It was perfect. Came to play golf and visit friends in the area. The unit is well equipped and in a great area. We will definitely book again.

This property is even better than the pictures. Well equipped with everything you need. The outdoor loungers, pool, waterway scenery, and beautiful sunsets can not be beat! Conveniently located close to all kinds of dining and the baseball parks for Spring training. The hosts were very kind and quick to respond to any questions. Will definitely return!

It was Very nice. The place was very clean with everything that one would need for preparing your own meals. The pool was also very clean and well maintained. Also great views and fishing off the dock. The hosts were very nice and helpful in any questions I had.
