LIVING ROOM has comfortable seating with pillows, smart TV to enjoy your favorite shows with a coffee table and a bar cart to enjoy drinks in the backyard.

KITCHEN: The modern design kitchen next to the dining area is fully equipped with start-of-art appliances to prepare delicious meals and create memorable evenings. We supply basic spices, olive oil and coffee. Spacious countertops and kitchen island with eating space. Plenty of natural light through large windows in the common areas. Please load and run the dishwasher prior to your checkout if you have used any dishes.

BEDROOM: Retreat to 3 comfortable themed bedrooms after an exciting day at Joshua Tree National Park. Master bedroom with King-size bed and an ensuite bathroom. Sliding glass doors from master bedroom leads to the backyard with a luxurious spa and a swimming pool. Bedroom 2 with Queen bed, and 3rd bedroom with full and twin bunk beds. All room are equipped with premium mattress, pillows, linens and sheets.

BATHROOM: Ensuite bathroom has a walk-in shower with all modern amenities. The 2nd common bathroom has a bathtub with shower. Please do not flush anything (even "flushable" wipes) down the toilet, except toilet paper.

OUTDOOR: But wait! Step out into a fully fenced private backyard, where you can soak up the sun by a large swimming pool (Oval 24 feet by 16 feet) and luxurious hot tub, prepare delicious BBQ meals, hammock corner for sunset watching or star gazing, and have hours of family fun with open indoor game room, and a large outdoor dining table to enjoy a family meal.

We do not allow guests to throw parties or events in our home. We greatly appreciate your compliance on this in accordance with county guidelines. The county mandates us to use audio-level monitoring. Rest assured we cannot hear anything but are alerted if noise levels exceed normal levels for a sustained period. Smoking (including E-cig) is not allowed on the property.

POOL: Anyone under 18 of age needs his/her parent's present while swimming or near the pool for safety reasons. Securely close pool fence gate when not in use. No glassware near the pool. The guests will take full liability and responsibility for your own and your guests' safety. Please note that the pool service is available either Thursday/Friday, they will normally access the pool from backyard.
