Mt. Joseph Lodge in Downtown Joseph: Unit #6

  • This unit is on the upper level of the lodge and has a spacious feel with its open floor plan and vaulted beam ceilings. The L-shaped kitchen has lots of work space and functionality. It has a gas range, dishwasher, microwave, coffee pot and full-sized refrigerator and is stocked with some basic condiments, spices and coffee. The appliances are all stainless steel and the floors are a modern tile. A dining table is nestled next to the window so you can sip a cup of coffee and enjoy views of the beautiful grounds and Main Street. The living space is next to the kitchen and dining areas and has a wall-mounted flat-screen t.v. with Dish TV. There are two bedrooms: one with a queen-sized bed and the other with a king-sized bed. Each of the bedrooms have custom-made wood bed frames created by a local artist as well as closets with small chests of drawers and extra linens and pillows. The large updated bathroom is in a common area. It has a tiled walk-in shower and granite vanity stocked with the essentials including towels, soaps and a hair dryer. All of the facets in the unit have instant hot water and excellent water pressure. There are Cadet wall heaters in each room so you can adjust the temperature to your needs and wireless internet throughout.

We very much enjoyed staying at the lodge and would definitely stay there again. You can walk to all the restaurants, galleries and the foundry right from the lodge. Check in was very easy, the room was clean and welcoming. Joseph is a beautiful place to visit !Thank you for making our visit so memorable.

Good location

Good location, walking distance to downtown where there are dozens of winery tasting rooms and great places to eat and shop. However, floors were squeaky and living room could use some updating and more furniture. But overall a decent place to stay.

Very nice 2 bedroom, 1 bathroom condo in the heart of Joseph. Well stocked kitchen with everything needed to prepare meals. The condo was well maintained and clean. Great launch point to go hiking or enjoy the lake. My only advice would be to bring earplugs if you're a light sleeper. We could hear the TV and voices from neighboring condos.

Great location

Nice stay in the heart of Jospeh. It was great having a full kitchen at our disposal. The beds were comfortable too. We’d stay there again!

Great location, very clean, lovely place.

Really enjoyed staying at unit 6. It was perfect. Very clean, kitchen was well appointed, quiet, confortable bedding and the communication was great, really enjoy it. Thank you, will definetly keep you in mind for next time we come to Joseph.

Great location and stay!

This property is perfect for your visit, close to downtown for a short walk to all the shopping and restaurants! Beautiful apartment style condos, well kept and very clean! The manager was so great and accommodating. let us check in 3 hours early, and was fast with returning calls and communication!

Shop around

Lovely property grounds and the community cats are friendly. Close to downtown... walking distance. However, for a newer property the walls are paper-thin and we were constantly bothered by other tenants noises... from crying babies to casual conversations. We heard it all. Liz, the property manager, seems nice enough but not very responsive to renters needs. She didn’t response to inquiries as we had hoped for. With so many other rental options, I would recommend shopping around.

It was a cute condo. I have one suggestion, however. The bedrooms need a chest of drawers.

The condo was nicely decorated. It was a great central point for all of the activities that we wanted to do while we were over there.

Great Location...Receptive Owners...Nicely Apportioned, Updated Condo

It is in a great location, right downtown within walking distance of everything. When we arrived we happened to meet the owners who were there. They were very receptive and gave me a card to contact them if I had any issues. The condo looks like it was recently renovated, had a full kitchen with plates, silverware and anything needed to eat in the condo. The beds and furniture were comfortable and were more of the quality of a home than what you often see in rentals. The owners seem to take pride in ensuring you are as comfortable as possible and made it a home away from home.

Fresh, clean, well appointed and comfortable. The outdoor mini-park with stream and gazebo !

Central Joseph was great for us to walk to shops and the bronze foundary. We spent lots of time in the gazebo near the stream. The natural wood and tile was handsome and the shower roomy and luxurious.
